Hemisync indispensable or not ?
May 2nd, 2017 at 6:09am

Is it possible and easy to connect with Afterlife Monroe focus level without prior training with hemisync technology ?

I have been told one just need to place an intention where we want to go/connect with and thats it, as easy as that... True or not ?

Thanks

In my opinion, no specific kind of meditation experience is necessary, but I think it would help to have some kind of background in a guided meditation technique so as to be familiar with your own mental processes during this kind of exploration. Essentially, what Bruce teaches is very simple, from what I understand of it. You just get into an altered state in which you sense/see differently. You become aware of being an observer as well as a participant and you bring your memories of what occurred back with you into your waking state. You are always awake, but when you are in deep meditation it can be like trying to remember a dream. Bruce encourages bringing back information which can be used as proof for you that your experience is real.

I would not call Hemisync indispensable. What are you looking to do?

Collecting proof of the reality of the phenomenon... so remote viewing and/or contacting and collecting proofs from dead persons would be welcome for example !

I've not been to The Monroe Institute so I'm not personally familiar with each focus level.  The only one that I know personally for certain is Focus 10, Mind Awake/Body Asleep.  I remember it as the one where I can lie there listening to myself snoring, LOL!

So it's my opinion that if you do want to familiarize yourself with the Focus levels then using hemi-sync would teach you that.  I'm sure someone could recommend specific recordings for specific focus levels.  Anyone know of any?  Or perhaps they are listed on TMI's store webpage.

I have read, and I know from personal experience, that once you become accustomed to and acquainted with hemi-sync that you don't have to continue to rely on it, that you should be able to get yourself into those states on your own.

And I'm sure that I've been in various Focus levels without realizing exactly which one I'm in.

Here's a link that's worth checking out!

The different focus levels, relates to two different, but related things (one a body indication) and one the consciousness phasing between different dimensions/levels within self and the Whole. Or, in other words, the various different colors that are refracted off or from the White Light.

The body indications aspect, are the measured "brain waves" to put it simply.  Normally, most bodies spend most of their time focused on C1/physical consciousness, which corresponds to beta brain wave range, and primarily to the colors of red to yellow.

As you phase to faster vibratory levels within, then the brain is seen to shift to alpha, then deeper into theta, then delta. These have correspondence with colors, such as yellow green phasing to green, blues, and violets and purples.  When a person really attunes to Love/PUL, it's reflected in brainwave state of delta and high gamma. This is the Golden Light level within.

Exactly how these colors and brainwave states connect to the different focus levels, I'll let others figure out.  Just wanted to note some deeper, holistic connections.
