I just completed a workshop with Bruce which was wonderful.  I did my first retrieval in that workshop. Today, I was waiting in a car line, closed my eyes, and there was a helper.  I asked if I needed to do a retrieval and she indicated "yes".  Long story short, I did an entire soul retrieval in less than 10 minutes.  Is this something I should expect to happen very often?  I mean, there was no intent there, no meditation, just a brief moment of closing my eyes in a warm car.
