Hi Alan & Chrwe
I am not in great pain, although I am still suffering a little in my chest from a fall, I think maybe this part may refer to you Chrwe as you have said, and I am glad to hear you are recovering albeit slowly.
My house is out on open land, it sometime does have strong winds but I don't think that is causing the breathing problem you have sensed. I love to go out walking and I am not used to the heat and humidity in Mississippi (I’m originally from England), in the last few weeks I have attempted to go outside but the heat and humidity 'just takes my breath away', I feel ‘claustrophobic’ outside because I can't seem to get a breath. This has prevented me from taking regular walks, which has then had a snowball effect on my sleeping patterns, which in turn is causing nightmares! I have suffered badly from nightmares in the past too. Yesterday I dreamt I was at Patrick Duffy's funeral!!
Also the air-conditioning in the house takes away my breath, I can't win really, can't wait until Autumn!
So this is the reason for the breathlessness you are seeing I think.
Also fear is causing many blockages right now.
I hope this helps verify your work.
Thank you so much for your time, I love to hear your posts as I'm sure many others appreciate it too.
All the best
Violet Sky
