Hi Beau,

When I focus on you I get a lot of images relating to water, rain, sleet cold and snow capped mountains in the distance. Silly as it seems I also keep seeing one of those large blown up balls that people use to exercise on??

If any of the above rings a bell then I will know I am really RV you

Alan, I think you have picked up on my inner self in some strange way. I live in the southern US, but I think many times that I would like to venture far away so that I could live drug free with my bipolar disorder. Also in recent weeks I have climbed some spiritual mountains to reach where I am. Since I have finished my book as of a few days ago I feel that my WORK here is done and that it is time to play and I often think of those crazy exercise balls as a means of exercise. And that is no joke. Try me some more if you like and if you want I will email you a copy of my 83 page book entitled "Here We Go." And you can see how close you've come.

I Am a life long sufferer of manic depression like you, and Beau this does not mean it is a total negative. We bipolar sufferers are extremely sensitive and some of us are very high psychic as Well. Just try to direct control and focus your mania and you will be amazed at the alternate realms that open for you

I have written out a article which deals with my extreme bipolar disorder that might be of interest to you

I am a water buff and I love the Ocean where my son lives. I will have a home there someday and it will be glorious, but like my mother and fathers' condo in f27.

I have an irritation but it's not there. I'm about to go settle a score with Bank of America. They are going down. And when I get done I may have such an irritation, Alan. Did you read my whole book? or just stop after I admitted my addiction? I'm just curious, because it doens't seem like you read the whole thing.
I'm going to finish yours when I get back from BoA.

Not yet Beau, I share my computer with my wife, daughter and two grandchildren, I am very interested in what you are writing about especially in the light of both of us suffering from manic depression and addition, albeit different addictions

Your story is faily long (980) so I am reading it day by day
