Thank you for sharing that.
I have read the book 'The education of Oversoul 7' by Jane Roberts and she describes something similar to the shape and size of the soul.
In the books of Jozef Rulof the shape of him and his masters is always the form of the human body but the clothes change to ancient Roman robes in the higher spheres. It's not excluded there to change shape and form, on the contrary, they said that knowledge is brought to Earth by various people/channels/spirits and they don't want to repeat or confirm each others work. So they complement each other and you just have to work out yourself what you can accept or not.
I myself have only the experiences of my dreams, I've never had an OBE or so. Last night I saw a late aunt in almost the same shape when she was alive on Earth only then she was clearly changed into a man, and it didn't bother me at all. At that moment I was more involved with the message she/he was sending me.
Things are really much more fluent when you are out of your physical body.
It's very nice to be able to listen to planets. I fully accept that. In Rulof's books they wrote that every planet has a different feel or drive when you enter it's perimeter/atmosphere (most planets don't have an atmosphere). I think I probably read that in
The Origin of the Universe and they said that there is a meaning to that. When you are out there that meaning is always clear to you, but it's not so easy to put that into words.
Especially within the context that you need hundreds of planets throughout the universe for your soul to develop from it's origination to the fully shaped form here on Earth. On each planet you need thousands of incarnations. They tell a lot in 'The Origin of the Universe' but they also say that to tell everything they would need thousands of books as each insight brings up new questions.
Most noticable is that to educate yourself in the spheres of light they said you can be lying down for months on end listening to what a flower has to tell you about it's evolution.
So, I'm reasonably open to things that look very weird from an Earth point of view. I love to keep my feet one inch in the ground, but there are things that are a bit too far beyound my grasp.
In another topic on this board we are discussing the concept of
parallel incarnations. That's a thing that really breaks my head. It's well possible that if I'm out there myself things may fall into place, but here on Earth I am very linear in my thinking as to the evolution of my soul. It just does not feel right for my common sense.
I will just wait until I finish my incarnation here and when I finally arrive overthere I'll get me a ticket to the stars.

You said the hells held a peculiar fascination to you. I'm also very interested in that. Many times in my dreams I am in a dark environment. I don't interpret that as being in a real hell but more in a lower or subconscious state of being, something like the twilight zone with it's attunement to the dark spheres.
Although those spheres are dark there is always some kind of light around so that you are still able to clearly see things around you.
I have never been in my dreams to any of the real lower spheres. In
A View into the Hereafter they showed that your body changes shape according to the sphere you are going down to, like your hands change into claws. Pretty gory stuff. Master Alcar is very experienced in that, he can go very deep into the lower parts. It's all a matter of concentration.
Dante also described much of it in his 'Comedia Divina'.
Could you tell something more of your experiences about that?
Finally, you said you have no control over what state you will be in when you go. I would like to say that I don't try to have control over my state when I dream. I think it takes away the natural part. If I would try to control things I would stop being able to experience everything that comes natural to me. It's like blocking everything out that I would want to experience so much. It would be nice to have some kind of control over where you go or what happens to you, but it's a matter of give and take. I prefer the natural way because it gives me much and is easier to go by. And it's natural.
