Successful full projection today, 1 hour click out
Apr 15th, 2012 at 8:53pm

I have no proof here that what I am saying is true, just be belief supported by the facts.

Somewhere between 4:15 and 4:30 PM I put on a static noise track someone directed me to, that has I believe a delta wave in it. The idea is to fall asleep with this track playing, wake up some time later, carefully remove your headphones, and follow any body sensations you experience. I get what I call light vibrations typically, just my head feeling like its vibrating. None of the strange noises, lights, etc.

Well sometime later I was kind of woke up, or something, by what felt and sounded like my foot hitting the floor. Trouble was my foot was already on the floor. I thought that I must have done something wrong, needed to start again. I had some nagging memories and decided to record them (it is my habit to record dreams.) I wouldn't have bothered because they didn't seem important or something. Maybe I felt like they were daydream fragments, self-initiated, and not real? Unsure here.

All I remember is I was talking to someone, a man I think, and we may have been on a bench in a park or something. Tried various ways to retrieve more memories, unable to do so. I started up the recording again, felt I had to use the restroom, so I paused it, fully intending to have another session, happy that I must have had a partial projection at least.

I get up stretch, look back at my clock and its after 5:30 PM! Naturally I am very excited. I went through one cycle (roughly 30 min cycles on repeat) without being aware of it. I obviously fully projected, and clicked out, as Moen describes in his "Afterlife Knowledge Guidebook."

This is a major breakthrough for me! I think my new intention, covered in an earlier post, as well as my talking to and reasoning with any Aspects of Self holding interfering beliefs, also covered in that post, has finally allowed me to go completely through the door, so to speak. That door has been opened a crack since a partial projection attempt some time ago. This one, looking at the click out and missing time, must be a full one.

I'm about to go for a bike ride, mull this over in my head. Any thoughts on how I can retrieve the memories of this event? I may try a dream re-entry method for it as taught by Robert Moss. I have some shamanic drumming for that. I'm going to work on finding the balance Moen mentions. Just would love any extra advice I can get here.

If it matters I do meditate, I don't relax before attempts, (I get too relaxed and have breathing problems), and I know how to easily put my body to sleep. This time I did not gather energy before my attempt. Might be one of reasons my memory is blank here.

I'll be back -

Hi DreamBliss,

It's good practice to try and go back to retreive more memory of any experience.  The concept is to be able to shift your consciousness back to the area or state you were in when you had the experience.  You can start by sitting or lying down, relaxing, doing the deep relaxing breaths, and then remembering details and memory of the experience, whatever you remember.

I practice this all the time while awake during normal daily activities.  For instance, if something happens to make me think of something that relates to some experience from my past, even if it's just yesterday, then I remember that event and think about it.  Then I try to remember what happened either just before or just after that event until I'm remembering details that I otherwise would have no desire or need to remember.  The point is to train yourself to get a feel for senses like before and after, sense of time, or other sensory memories you might have connected to the event such as anything you felt, smelled, heard, etc.

Another good way to practice shifting your consciousness to memory of an event is with dreams.  I don't remember my dreams as often and clearly and easily as I used to when I was much younger, but even if I awaken with just a snippet of memory of a dream, I really put in the effort to do the practice of honing in on the detail that I do remember and placing my intention to going back into that "realm" of where the rest of the experience is.  It can take some work and practice but the efforts are rewarding when you have a lot of memory flooding back, bringing with it all the other sensory input that was part of the experience.

My 2 cents is that it's not even necessary to get back into a sleep state or even deeply relaxed, but it may be helpful if you're somewhat of a beginner.  I myself practice these shifts anywhere and any time I feel like it.  It gives me more control and skill.  I also recommend not telling yourself that you need to have the utmost quiet, perfect atmosphere to meditate or other such practices.  It's best to teach yourself to tolerate noise and distraction because the real focus needs to be where you focus your intention, not on what you don't want to focus on.

I hope some of my tips help.  Oh, and by the way, what CD were you listening to?  You mentioned delta but I'm wondering if maybe it was theta?
