So little is known about his personal life and challenges there, but I have sort of been taken aback by the Sainthood being ascribed to him. Work / technology is one small part of the soul scorecard.

Actually, it would be quite a normal response to say "oh wow" when suddenly feeling great pain.

The statement of "oh wow, oh wow." is exactly what certain types of people would say in response to sudden pain, pressure, or internal changes which are likely to occur and possibly be felt during death, add drugs to the mix and all sorts of things could have been occurring.

Further, I have one friend in particular I can guarantee would likely use those exact words in just this context, and having nothing to do with a bright light, a tunnel, or other theoretical afterlife transition.

These last words will always be inconclusive and impossible to scientifically prove them as afterlife evidence. It is and will be simple faith as to what the individual believes. (which is not afterlife proof in the slightest.)

I doubt he was feeling a lot of pain at that point. There is no proof of the afterlife, only evidence. We all pick and choose our concepts, thoughts, and feelings on this. "Oh Wow" I would say is open to discussion and sure it could be it has nothing to with transitioning at all, but those last words from anyone are important to me and Steve's were very unique.

There is an assumption being made that the "Oh wow" comments came just as he crossed over and was seeing new vistas. Possible, but possibly not. He may have lingered somewhat unresponsive for a while after that - we just don't know.

I am not sure I would have released my own family member's last words, but then again, I don't have a celebrity in the family.

His words while alive and cogent, which had an effect on billions of people, most likely will have the most lasting impact. The problem with "oh wow," is that while it may be beautiful, it is like an audio Rorscach test. You see what you want in it.

Only his family who were present with him would know if it was an "oh wow" of pain, or an "oh wow" of amazement - wouldn't the difference be obvious in the tone of voice?

If he were expressing pain, I somehow doubt that his sister would have chosen to pass that on to the whole world.

Anyway, as a person who was in life open to the possibility of things never before seen or imagined, I like to think that he was, in death as in life, open to possibility, amazed and ready to explore what lay ahead.

Actually no, if in fact the last words were more like:

"SEE MOM" "HELLO MOM" (assuming dead mother, add any dead loved one here.)

And the words were specifically SEE or HELLO we could very well interpret those words as meaning the dying are actually seeing the deceased.

So no, it is not an absolute in regards to last words. It just has to be the RIGHT LAST words. I even simplified it. If we add an "I" and have it be 3 words you could say "I SEE MOM"

"OH WOW" is a sad piece of afterlife evidence.... if you want to call it that.

I think Steve Jobs is just the kind of guy to say something like "OH WOW" near the end for various non-afterlife related reasons. Like the kind of guy that is majorly into technology but is probably very lame with that technology. Meaning, I bet everything Steve did was legal. Legal mp3's, no torrent sites, no downloading hundreds of gigs of data to pirate it for fun. He strikes me as an "Oh WOW" response kind of person.

The first word could still remain oh though!

The brain is not the seed of consciousness, guys. There's tons of evidence to support this. Why give in to the negative materialist view which is a religion in itself? I hope you'll examine the evidence someday and stop letting some jack ass who knows nothing about the situation tell you they are smarter than you. Its so easy to figure it out for yourself. It's all a matter of what the individual wants and will be satisfied with....

I don't want to "believe" in the afterlife.......

I want to know for a "fact" that it exists. Nothing less than scientific testing will satisfy a need for a factual afterlife.

Anything less than facts based on testing is simply faith, and that is not at all what I am looking for.

The wisdom I get is that Jobs is already back here under an assumed name and face to help prepare for the restoration of Heaven of Earth. He is much more powerful now and ten times as smart. We are going to see some amazing things between now and 122112. Just an opinion, but one based on fact in my opinion. But I do agree there is an aspect of him that is reeducating in F27 (if 20 is heaven, can you hear that in the phrase?) I hope you guys will email me and ask for a free copy of my book, "Hear Oui Go" I'll shoot it right out to you. As Vicky knows it is a very personal book that I will only share with the likes of y'all at this point. I don't need any feedback on it but it is always welcome. just pm me if you're interested.
