2/7/2011 - afternoon session:

I haven’t posted for over a month or more because I hit a place where my progress was like watching grass grow and most of it I didn’t even bother to diary. I also changed the mix as follows because I changed my overall goal.

That goal was to gain the ability to do controlled conscious O.B.E.’s and still have Prime Rib for dinner. LOL! A year ago I proved I could O.B.E. at will by sleep deprivation and fasting. But that was so draconian and grim that I determined to find out if one could O.B.E. in a controlled manner just thru ordinary living conditions… I think I am on the verge of doing it. But, the physical transformation or transmutation is very different than anything that I have read in the literature… it is very subtle and amazingly (to me that is unremarkable)… Today my heart chakra opened and it was just matter of fact, tho I experienced difficult to describe physical sensations that involved my whole body… but the event started with the familiar heart chakra engine sputterings… then a wave of cellular (my thought) events all at once body wide happened and I was in a kind of altered state…. Again unremarkable… (when I say unremarkable I meant just that… I have had very remarkable experiences and I guess I have been expecting more of the same… but the work just has its own thing going on and I need to just let it all happen. The important thing is the heart chakra opened and a Star of David configuration formed in my heart region and the inner triangular formation had a rather bluish/purple glow in its center… (this is more sensation and awareness of… as opposed to an actual visual manifestation…

Going amazingly deep into f10.

I definitely feel the energy flowing in the beginning, then as you acclimate to the exercise the flowing sensation is not evident tho there is a light… vibration… one needs to understand that all you need is to intend that the flowing is happening

Silly Little Finger exercise:

I use this exercise but I now let things happen and they don’t follow the course of the exercises direction but one MUST go with the flow and not get hung up on the letter of the instruction… your inner self knows what it is doing so you need to trust it and not your personal ego.

PS: I might be being aided by the fact that I have now completed four hypnotherapy sessions, which have been yielding amazing stuff and it is definitely affect my energy body formation.

I am cycling through the b,c,d series since Pauli Effect suggested that Robert Bruce seems to think that one can get immune to the hemi-sync signal… (Monroe trainers don’t agree… but there is no point in arguing the point since it is easy enough to rotate through the disks.)

There seems to be a reloading issue going on with me… when I have some significant breakthrough there seems to be a recovery issue… (nerves and cones get desensitized I guess… tho… the five day seminars at TMI don’t seem to be affected tho this may be a matter of observation and attention… because usually I get one major event in a seminar and now that I look back on to it… I may be building to it and then tapering off after the event occurs… but it may also be a failure on my part to have a good grounding technique to absorb a significant event… every TMI seminar has a day of silence and grounding so that could be the reason along with the group energy for the smooth week of processes.) so it was with the sessions following the opening of the heart chakra… I did three session in which almost nothing happened accept I do get to f10 with ease now.

But today’s session saw an interesting mix of good heart chakra functioning tho no major visual event…at first... just a steady undercurrent of humming and pulsing like in the bowels of a cruise ship… you don’t necessarily know the engine is there but the results are smooth functioning of all the ships modalities… I had a smooth phasing to the TMI crystal, Laurie Monroe plaque, Nancy Penn living room my target is the chess set, the White Room Iron stove, and the White Room… demonstration board… then I phased to the moon…

Using the [b]Now, I am out of body mantra I had a sudden vision of what looked like the Earth with cloud cover and an odd question mark like ‘c’ clamp around the top of it it was either gold or yellow… but, I thought it was my head turned into an earth globe… but it could be my brain that I was looking at and the giant ‘c’ clamp thing may have been the energy field of the hemi-sync synchronizing energy field… not sure…

I was clearly beyond f15 since I had no sense of time, I might have been beyond f21, I had a short conversation with my guide but could not decide whether it was real or a figment of my imagination… otherwise a nice session… when the heart chakra is available it makes all the difference.

Out of the blue… Moen says that you know a thing is real when it is unexpected and not part of your imaging… it happened… I was in the borderland… and the event had been going on for a while and I had not been ‘noticing’ it. Then, I noticed it… a whole bunch of pastel colored geometrical forms on the ends of silver chains were dancing and ‘CHIMING’ like a wind chime… music of the spheres??

Later, I saw a mountain chain in the background there were three ranges… two outside were purple and the center range was violet.

Very nice session. Getting closer and close to what I want personally. I guess my belief system idea of what Muldoon and others say should happen is pretty firmly in place. But, now, persistence in action is creating what will happen for me… I always had the natural ability to do the mind split. Now in this session I was able to get my head out of my body… didn’t attempt to phase out… working to get the classic floating hover… that will be a great accomplishment… got a Kandinsky type abstract blue line vision with circles… I may start painting these things or at least use pastel sticks…

Hi Seraphis1,

I too have been practising conscious OBEs with some success. For me. it must be started by "priming the pump" visualising the separation process, although I am experiencing it just a viewpoint (not a second etheric body). It takes a lot of mental energy to visualise the process and I don't appear to be in real-time zone) but soon I notice things that I didn't create

.

The realisation came when reading one of Bruce's books where he describes driving down a tree-lined street and suddenly he is staring at leaves only inches away that are high off the road. There is a lot of challenging beliefs in this process before it happens. You have to address the pre-existing belief that this should not be possible unless you are deep in meditation/F10+ etc. It is most certainly possible!!!

I now realise I can do this whilst fully conscious walking down the road.I started visualising the separation process of looking back at my body wherever I am, then trying to involve all the senses as I look around the environment. I have full 360degree control.

There is that sense of duality (perhaps 20% focussed on "real life" and the rest on the projection reality).

Hi Alchemist: Brisbane, I assume you are Australian... have you encountered the Guardian of the Australian continent... he is an Aborigine who watches you as you move around Australia in the Astral body... I encountered him on a travel session there a few years ago... haven't been back since. He is not scary I might ad.

But to respond to your post... I recently realized I am not fitting into the published material on what is supposed to happen in classic obe experiences... I think that fact was causing a belief system crisis... or creating a barrier to my natural skills which are mind splits and phasing I have no idea whether I will ever duplicate Muldoon or Monroe falling out ot his body... but as I dismantle my belief system issues I assume things will become clearer technically.

I have to be freshly awake from a full nights sleep, been awake for two hours, stark waked to get any benefit from it. But the JOOB D is still a mystery for me.

Hi Pauli: Bear in mind that the borderland is a tightrope walk... the closer you are to falling asleep the better... the struggle or the skill is to balance on that razors edge.

I spent the session inside the heart chakra. It is lush and maroon (blood red??!!), like a sumptuous oriental potentates inner chamber.

I see a golden triangle… inside it is a beautiful man’s bust looking to his left… he has an gold helmeted head band.

All the while I continue to repeat the mantra (Now, I am out of body)… I also ask for help from guides… I have not reached completely into no-time… periodically I am tempted to come out… of session… but, I resolve to continue to the end of the tape period…

I hear someone say: Do you believe this. The voice was clear as a bell. Then, I decided to follow inner flows and let the disk instruction play out while asking: TMI - crystal now… as I began to flow toward Faber I became aware of a man in buckskin clothing a battle involving Indians was underway… (there must have been a battle on the Monroe property at sometime in the past)… the crystal kept coming in and out… this was a phasing session… which I could not hold steady… flowed in and out of various scenes which I don’t recall..

The most important part of the session was the clear conversational voice at the beginning asking: Do you believe this?
