interesting idea - I would suggest that it might be OUR own individual plan to progress and develop via repeated incarnations in the Earth Life System. Mind you, according to both Bob Monroe and Bruce there are lots of other ways to get 'there' (wherever there is) without necessarily going
into incarnation. But, as has been said before, graduates of the ELS command a terrific amount of respect for having gone through it.
So to sum up: It's our choice, because God gave us free will in the first place?
