Hello CT and all,

this post is rather late, but we're supposed to PM private messages and just post topics of broad interest. I was too flattered that anyone thought I could teach them anything, but I really can't.

Good that the topic got input from others to make the discussion more accurate!

Over and out, Bets

regarding urge to procreate

age-old dilemma; which Catholic saint was it who reportedly threw himself on a thorny plant to curb the urge?

RAM wrote that we were going to seed other energy systems but perhaps we could endow them with lower urge to procreate. This was long after he reported the sex piles on the other side. According to his biography, he was no stranger to these urges.

Maybe it would be more productive to have really open discussions about the power of the reproductive urge. It has lots of social consequences. Has any culture learned to live with that to everyone's approval? I think not.

Anyway, what RAM wrote that he did OBE was to defer responding to the urge to "later". So maybe if you could learn that technique it would be more useful.

The simple solution if you are unable to use the tantric system of orgasm without ejaculation... which takes a good deal of practice is to diaphramatically breath the sexual energy upward into the brain... some times you can generate an intercrainal orgasm... very spiritual.. experience.

Hi Justin: Is this a theory or how you experience it?

A bit of both, but the theory part is informed by intuition to an extent.

In the context of religion, sometimes I wonder if achieving enlightenment as defined by whatever system it is, is really not that difficult, and that some of the techniques are desgned to make it harder than it is to keep people from achieving it...because if people really achieved it the system wouldn't have control of them any more.

I work with children.  Awhile back, i had an interesting dream about a child i knew of, but didn't directly work with at the time (so i barely knew this person).

In the dream, i was viewing this child and a "voice" or knowing from guidance was telling me that this boy had the definite or probable potential to become fully "enlightened" in this life.

But, the voice/knowing went on to say something like, "don't act like or think of it as a big deal."  Kind of like, don't be in too much awe of this info or the boy.

Adding to the interest, i had this dream a few weeks before i unexpectedly moved to a different department and started to work with this particular kid.  It all developed out of the blue, and was very unexpected at the time.

The kid himself, well is there anything that sets him apart from most children or people i've interacted with?   No and yes.

He has a very gentle and very, unusually innocent manner to him, and he is quite a gifted musician.  He is an interesting and somewhat odd personality.  Before the dream, would i have thought along those lines in relation to him, well i'm not sure--probably not.   He probably has a lot of life experience to go through before something like this fully matures in him, but now that i'm aware of it via the dream i can see the possibility.

(p.s., i view "enlightenment" in terms of becoming like Yeshua, someone purely and always attuned to PUL, which will eventually quite literally enLighten their body physical, speed up the vibratory patterns of it so much as to release the inherent free/infinite Light in same, such a person then has the unique experience of having free, full access to all nonphysical dimensions/perceptions, but also has physical like attributes in which they can interact physically with in physical humans in a physical like way but they themselves don't have physical limitations anymore; they don't need to eat, don't need to sleep, don't age, don't tire, etc. etc.. wink, wink, kind of like "HeShe" in Monroes 3rd book)
