Hi everyone from Prague,Czech Republic! I am glad I found this forum.I am one of the people who introduced the Hemi Sync tapes in Bulgaria back in the 90-ies(I am from Bulgaria originaly)
  I have a question for Mr Moen or for anyone who is experienced in the Hemi Sync technology.
Its about the Focus level what can be used for working with affirmations and manifestations.I have many records with Hemi Sync but after so many years I still can not orient in what Focus level frequencies to use for working with affirmations.
Is it Focus 10?
From Silva Method I could guess it would be more like an alpha-state,where you are still not completely detached from C-1.
Or do you go for the deeper levels? I am completely confused and it doesnt seems to be much info on that out there...
  I would really appreciate some help with that,as soon as I am starting working hard with affirmations for a breakthrough in my financial situation towards earning enough money to be able to afford all the seminars and books,what will help me to get finally to the next level of my developement-to make my passion (consciousness exploration and its practical application here on C-1) my profession.And never ever bother about money again,what I know is SO EASY,once you step on your predestined path...
I am interested also in the Anthroposophy of Rudolf Steiner and I am a rhytmical masseur (a way of massage,coming out from the Anthroposophy).I really enjoy my work even now,but I know that is not my final position.I feel (and I actually do since 1995,when I first read a Mr.Monroe's "Far Journeys") that my mission is to be something like a spiritual coach,or a person,who brings the interested into contact with their soul mission and the spiritual realm.. The more precise picture formed during the recent few years.
But I cannot explain you the feelings,when I was reading the Far Journeys back then (with soon following the 3rd book of the sequel Ultimate Journey)...I was sitting in my room in my parent's house in Bulgaria in tears and I was telling to myself "Yes,THAT IS WHAT I WANT TO DO IN THIS LIFE !!!"...Of course,back then in the situation I was in in the mess of post-communist Bulgaria that was just a off-landish dream (you should see me as I was getting 30 people together to be able to purchase the 1st Gatway Experience Wave-6 tapes for 72 USD- my salary for half year back then ...).. And obviously I had to pass first the experiences I had since then,what brought me in Czech Republic..But obviously my life leads me again towards this dream,what after many struggles and joys still stands strong,glowing like a diamond in the front of me,waiting to be manifested! AMEN

Hi, gal. From my perspective, I recommend using all states of consciousness to your advantage. Use the deepest states to lock in your affirmations, but use the lighter states for visual and emotional imagery. Use, also, care with the materials you choose, and have the awareness to recognize when your outer reality is reflecting the inner reality you are creating. I think it is also perfectly fine to fall asleep...it's good for the complexion.

There's a TMI audio course called "Sync Creation", it's about manifestation and de-manifestation. It works with focus 10 and focus 12 and a newly introduced focus level called "Access channel" or focus 11. I have not tested it extensively. I think though, focus 10 and focus 15 are good for affirmations and possible manifestations. In Bruce's "Afterlife Knowledge Guidebook" are chapters about "affirmations" and "setting intent". You might as well check out Joe Gallenberger.

I personally think there are better books on manifestation than the secret, but it sure has gotten the press. Look at the book by the guy who wasn't in the secret even though they asked him to be. I think he has a better concept. I forget his name at the moment but I'll go and look it up when I have a moment.
