1/15/10 Afternoon session:

1. Would you say that at any time during this exercise you saw something? In your notebook describe what you saw and how it looked.

I saw green spindle shape, very dark green… saw a female profile sharp features grayish, nebulous… ghost like… saw myself dressed as a monk going to see my childhood friend McCarthy who became a Catholic priest.

2. Did you see images that were in color or black and white?

Yes the green spindle shape, very dark green… me dressed as a monk in a brown robe habit…

3.Were they 3D, full color, and holographic images, or something more like a movie?

Saw female profile sharp features grayish, nebulous… ghost like… seemed to float like a ghost… probably 3D… somewhat holographic… grey nebulous… don’t know the person. Tippy my dog was kind of a short movie clip, I once forgot she was outside the house on the street… but, she did not runaway she waited to be found…

The images were clear…

1/16/10 Morning session:

Session begins with a vision of a centaur.. Half man half donkey with a spear…. Long ears…. On the right looking out over a plain???

Saw my black radio box.
Heard and saw art bell talking to the Tennessee biblical scholar with a twist…. Nebagadnezzar.

1. What did your radio look like and how did you see it?

Black box long play tape deck. Saw it sitting on the floor by my bed…

2. Where was this radio, inside or outside, in a car, at a friend’s house, or somewhere else? Describe the scene your radio was in.

by my bed… on the floor.

3. Would you say that at any point during this exercise you heard something?

Heard Art Bell interviewing the bible guy…

4. Did you feel the need to change to a different radio for some reason during the exercise?

No

5. If you were hearing a program, what program was it and what did you hear? What were the voices saying?

Art bell was interviewing the biblical guy he said aren’t you cherry picking…?

Lots of odd under sea forms… off the the right a light like a horizon hint of a sun just coming up… S

1/18/10 - FYI:

Workings of the perceiver and the interpreter: The vision of the minotaur and its followup were like seeing into the future. Because I am in the Imagination part of the AKG program I ordered from Netflix C.S. Lewis's Chronicles of Narnia the first episode and in the first being the little girl mets in the story is a Minataur... the scene which I thought was underwater was really the Ice world of the White queen... I guess the Perceiver was giving me a look into the future... my interpreter worked it out when I began to get into the movie.

1/18/10 Morning session:

Was in a large living room with lattice glass window wall in front of me… lot of Narnia images intruded on session used Energy Conversion Box liberally.

1. What kind of orange did you remember?

The orange was the usual served in our cafeteria.

2. Did you get sprayed when you peeled back the skin of the orange

No.

3. Did you get a burst of the scent of the orange?

No.

4. Did your orange have seeds?

No

5. Does it feel like some of the inside of the orange peel got stuck under your fingernails?

No

6. What flower did you remember?

Winked out at this point don’t remember the flower instruction.

Spoiler Warning: if you have not done exercise 4... You may not want to read this material until you have done it… BM recommends not reading ahead.

1/19/10 Morning session:

I seem to open my sessions by being in a livingroom looking through a large pane glass window into a garden this time… a beautiful garden… I realize as I write that this is the third eye opening… and I see things in symbols rather than actual things… but maybe they are actual things… I am traveling… I am in a very real place…

The unique part of this exercise is that I realized I could look at and experience sensation from the perspective of the object touched… when I touch my nose with my finger my focus is automatically in the finger and experiencing sensations through the finger… but, you can also experience the finger from the perspective of the nose…

The idea that you can experience things from the perspective of a finger or from the perspective of the nose experiencing the finger is the point of the exercise.

Very nice realization.

1/20/10 Morning session: revisited imagination ex 1 ~

1. Would you say that at any time during this exercise you saw something?

The session opened with a cowboy with a beige stetson… he was riding a bucking bronco… green upper left area cheek above below the lower eyelid… pressure left temple… pressure upper right side of brain lobe…

4. Were the images clear or fuzzy?

Clear.

5 Did you see a single image, a series of still images, or something more like a movie

A combination of both.

Saw Tippy as the object of love… saw my mom when asked… saw my childhood friend McCarthy as a youth in a scene in which I knew he knew I had spent money that was part of some collective project… he didn’t press me…

1/21/10 Morning session:

The session opened with a heart chakra sputter… see a country house one story nestled in a garden area surrounding it… an ape… large…black fur… large painting on a wall in front of me lovely ornate frame… sail boat scene… nestled in a more opulent surrounding… in the painting… the Irishmen… what do you mean the Irishmen… irish catholic… loaf of French petite bread quite long…

Remember loving or being loved….

Tippy shows up… really loved that dog… knew it when I had feelings looking at the picture on the back cover of my book…

Remember a radio…

Mia Farrow in Broadway Danny Rose… everyone running around the radio station shouting… ‘the Japanese attacked pearl harbor..’ … Mia says, ‘does this mean the show is canceled…?’

See a milk of magnesia bottle… a blue splotch on the bottle stands out…

Ready to move to Part IV - Retrieval - Based Exploration: but because of this Event I am going to delay the move to go back to the Heart Intelligence Exercises:

I received a heart chakra operation this morning… I think I reached a new level of Heart Chakra function… I was in an astral operating room… I was told I was going to have a heart operation… the prep work was done… the doctor said the muscles in my right shoulder were a little weak… then he jammed a long silver tube into the sternum body plate just below the Sternal angle around the third rib… a fabulous clear fluid 1/ 2” diameter flowed in a stream to the right and left, a short stream upward on the sternum it was wonderful… I think I have reached a new level of opening of the Heart Chakra… this all started in TMI Guidelines when I felt a 6” long 1 / 2 “ diameter stream of green energy flowing in a column out of my sternum area… it unfolded into a realization of a past life which was resolved in The Tank… looking forward to this new development.

Summary Pt III - Tools of Conscious Exploration

In the exercise 1 - I found out that I do see vivid colors… the bette mittler vision was very clear…and I actually figured out what it meant… but, decline to elaborate…

Exercise 2 - saw the radio… heard Art Bell… but seem to veer off into random material… sort of the interpreter going into nuts in brazil… holding a particular train of imagining is a goal to learn as I go forward.

Exercise 3 - put me in contact with the idea that my perceiver and interpreter clearly deals with me in NVC terms… I don’t necessarily get it at the time of the events but gradually I awaken to the meanings… I am a clairvoyant… which I always knew… I see the future…

Exercise 4 - I found out why BM says one should not read ahead…. So I will not elaborate.

All in all I learned imagination is okay to prime, it may be necessary… I think I have natural skills which will be helped with the notion that one can pretend… it can and will lead to real events… recognizing when you have crossed over is the important thing.
