I did it yay. (Read 1949 times)

Nov 18^th, 2009 at 9:34am I was listening to one of the Gateway CDs and I found myself immediately in a wooded area surrounded by people I didn't know. It only lasted a few seconds but it happened twice while listening to the Sleep Cut. I could see everything very clearly and in color. I'm hooked to say the least.

And it happened right at the beginning when he asked me to go to f10.

Greetings Beau.

Congratulations on your success. I'm still having trouble by falling asleep too fast. I guess I'll need to get the Gateway discs and see if that will work for me too. So far, I can get to the etheric plane more easily, but the astral plane where focus 27 is just eludes me. During meditation, I sometimes skip right past the astral plane and reach the mental plane, like a wormhole shortcut. Something about the astral that I can only reach in dream state so far.
