Try this: After relaxing as much as possible, focus on something. Imagine a landscape, a path, etc... , something which symbolizes what you want to do, where you want to go to. REALLY focus on that. Try to avoid any thoughts which are relating too much to C1, and avoid as much as possible thinking in words, instead think in pictures/sounds/feelings. In my experience (I have restless legs and other annoying things), sometimes (not always) you can be such focused that you forget about your body. Things begin to become really interesting then. It's the same you do when you fall asleep, with the difference of not remaining fully conscious within sleep/dreams. Well, much training is required for that, at least in my case. And no alcohol.
