Seraphis, one problem with gathering objective informations, as you plan to do with the subject of human history, through means like mind-journeys, focused awareness, OBEs etc. is, no matter what you'll find, you will not know if you can take these informations literally, as objective facts, or as symbolic and/or expressions of your subconscious. For the most of your findings, you will not have any means to verify or falsify these informations on a scientific-historic level. I came to this point after doing my own explorings, and I can't be certain where to put these informations.
Another point which adds to the above problem is front loading. We all are front loaded about human history, we all have some knowledge from various sources, just as you showed you have them, too. This knowledge we normally use as entries to our explorations, necessarily, as if we wouldn't have preconceptions, we won't be able to ask anything. Therefore, we will not know to what degree our findings are colored, if not entirely an offspring of what we had come to know before our explorations. It's frustrating, but it is as it is.
Of course you can explore the consciousness realm about infos you desire to have, then come back and try to find any infos someone else had received, so that you could be able to gain some degree of verification. But this works only when you can be sure you never ever have come through this info by the media or so before. So, when you plan to do such explorings, stay away from every outside informations about this before and while you're exploring on your own, as you otherwise will considerably lowering your possibilities to verify any informations you get while exploring on your own. What you pick up, you can't erase it anymore.
