Interesting Dream
May 31st, 2009 at 1:01am

I posted a story last month about my young nephew's imminent loss in his fight with cancer.  He passed away last week.  Throughout his final days in palliative care his parents read life-after-death anecdotes from various sources.  My nephew, Mikey, kept a very open mind about what he expected to experience after he passed.

Well about 2 days ago my younger sister (not Mikey's mother) had a very interesting dream.  She saw Mikey in a hospital in bed motionless, sick, emaciated, with black stitches all around his eyes (he donated his eyes).  An old woman, whom she believed to be a deceased friend of the family who took care of us as children, was sitting by him.  Then my sister sees one arm move, then the other, and then a broad smile appears on his face.

The scene then cuts to a another hospital lab-like setting, everything is sterile with white and stainless steel equipment/furniture.  She sensed that it was a comfortable place.  Doctors with lab coats are standing around Mikey who's now sitting at the edge of a table wearing a hospital gown.  Mikey looks at my sister and grins but doesn't say anything to her.  He looks great, back to his healthy athletic build and very pleased as he's admiring his muscles.  He's eating ice cream.  She said for some reason she knew she couldn't talk to him.

My sister moves to another corner of the room with one of the doctors and she asks the doctor how can he be eating and the doctor says "look at him now, he's one strong kid ... it won't be long until he's ready".  He then leads her to a nearby table and says "Come look".  On the table she sees intestines, and other organs blackened and damaged from the cancer.  "Look, he separated himself from his sickness.  He just pulled it out and threw it on the table".

Then she looks at Michael, and he's looking back at her grinning, puts the bowl of ice cream down, and starts doing a jig.  He gets dizzy grabs onto a wall and the doctors surround him to catch him saying "Whoa big fella, you need rest still."

And the dream is over.  It's not the first time my sister has had these dream messages from deceased loved ones.

Couple of questions:
1.  It sounds like she was at the rejuvenation center.  How did she get there?  Is some spirit/guide allowing her to see this?  Because from what I've read on this site, someone that suffered as much as he did is in no shape to be "contacting" so soon after his death.

2.  If this is indeed the rejuvenation centre, am i right in assuming that Mikey has passed directly to Focus 27?

3.  Is it typical that "verbal" communication from the newly departed is limited?

Thanks for reading!

hi Sammy

sorry to hear about your family's sadness.

I'll let others tackle your questions, though I'm not sure there are any "one size fits all" answers.  I just wondered ...your younger sister sounds like a "natural" to try retrievals. Have you ever shared a copy of Bruce's book(s) with her?

Did she share the dream with the parents and if so how did they take it? How did the report of the dream make you feel?

There are archived retrievals here; have you tried reading them and seeing how they make you feel in comparison to the way you feel about this dream of your sister's?

I like the image of throwing the errant body parts out and getting better. Your post actually cheered me up a little. For some reason, I have been obsessing about the images I created when I saw the movie about Johnny Cash  (man in Black) made several years ago and broadcast on US TV the other night. Cash as a child had an older brother who died (at about 14?) after a horrific saw mill accident and those images really bothered me; I got into an "Out Out Brief Candle" mode. The images of your nephew throwing out the used-up body parts was uplifting.

Thanks for posting.

There is a difference, though of course they're connected, between physical suffering and...what, soul, maybe?...suffering.  You say he was open minded about what would happen after death, so he was half-way there already.

John was contacting me in various ways right away - but he never had any doubt that he'd be able to, and he was in a good place in his "self".  Makes a difference.

About the time thing, I had an retrieval experience and asked the retrievee what date we have now. The man told me a date about one year ahead physical time. After this I went to TMI and told this one of the trainers, and she said that this could be, as time there is not our time.
At other retrieval experiences I, in my mind, followed the retrievee after he/she was able to "wake up" and moved to another place, and the acommodation to their new residence seemed to go very quickly like awakening from a dream. In other cases though it was much slowlier.

I generally don't give much on fixed time frames in this area.

What I saw as a 'rejuvenation center' was a very nice, modern building with tall windows looking out onto a smooth green lawn. I was escorted by a young woman. She was pointing out a man beside a creek, fishing. He was recovering from his suicide. I could see him, from where I stood, inside the large atrium. There was so much light spilling into the building, and the outer landscape looked close enough to touch, despite my position in the middle of the huge 'foyer' of this residence. It was explained to me that this was the person I was looking for, for an acquaintance.

I can remember this room very clearly. The windows were huge, and extremely tall. It was almost like a very very modern cathedral, large in that sense.

What I found out later was that the family had held a ceremony for the man after his death, held at an identical outdoor location as where I saw him peacefully sitting by himself. This confirmed for me that I had found the right person, and also that we are all connected. We heal as one family, no matter where we are.

Hi Sammy,

It seems as though Mikey was at the healing place, a few steps/ FLs away from the rejuvenation center, but doing so well that his transfer to FL 27 will be soon or has happened.   Smiley  He didn't identify with his disease, so his recovery is going very quickly. Having the loving attendance of your family's trusted caregiver when he first got there probably helped, although that Helper may have taken on that form at that moment more for your sister's view.

Mikey's aunt is able to receive images or to send her consciousness over to the Afterlife.  I'm not sure we can tell which way the information is coming, but her visit sounds classic and true. She seems to have seen two 'timeframes' in her one visit --Mikey when he first arrived while he was conscious of his eyes being gone and Mikey recovering, a bit of time later.

In my opinion it seems all information between the Afterlife and physical reality is limited. Cheesy   When we use Bruce's website here we are building information by small bits and pieces, as afterlife explorers come back with more to tell.

Your sister's vision of two timeframes in one visit helps emphasize that time there is not the same as time here.

Many thanks for sharing this experience, sammy.  It's good to know that Mikey is doing so well.

Betson

Hi moonsandjunes,

Your description of the Reception Center takes my breath away because it sounds so familiar!
Also, isn't it wonderful when architects use their 'memories' of these buildings at focus level 27 to physically create similiar buildings  Cheesy

There's a website devoted to  recreated views of these focus level 27 buildings. I'll try to remember it so it can be posted  here --  but if anyone else remembers where it is, please add its address ! Apologies to that sitebuilder; he's a member here although he hasn't been active lately.

Hello Sammy, welcome.
I'll put my 2 cent here.
1- I would say yes she was at the Healing Center; she must have been very close to your nephew. (Ties could be from previous lives too).
Allowing her to see this....what if it was Michael who wanted her to see it?
To let her and all of you know that he's fine now, not to grieved let go.(as hard as it sound).

It's a two way communication!

2- Rejuvenation Center in F27?
If he was an advance soul and prepared why not? His message was loud and clear to your sister that's where i am; ridding myself of those cancerous cells...By the way that was a nice way to show your sister of what he did to those parts of himself, in another room away from him, ridding himself of human body part...i like that..Smiley

3- Limited verbal communication: in the limited experiences i've had..i would say yes..the time it did happened to myself it was brief but to the point..they seems not as yet used to used their limitless abilities  and seem to fade quickly...but clear enough to send a clean message. not a long one , impo.

Hope this help and PUL to you Sammy.

Hello,

Thanks so very much for the responses.

Lucy: Actually I'm still waiting for the Home Study package to arrive for myself ... super anxious.  I've already discussed it with her and she is interested.  She did indeed share the dream with his parents ... his mom was ecstatic but his father was a bit down at first.  During the many conversations Mikey had with his father it was agreed that Mikey would try to contact his father after he had passed (they were reading (Life after Life by Raymond A. Moody).  Yes I did read many of the retrieval articles and after listening to the dream I definitely felt a sense of relief.

Cricket: Thank you.

Spooky2: Thanks (I like the name dude)

MoonsandJunes: Thank you

Betson: Thank you for this response and others you given to me in the past.  It really helps.

Romain: Thank you.  I have to say, I really am anxious about learning more and experiencing this first-hand . I started questioning the concept of death at the age of 6.  Had an Orthodox Christian upbringing, and gravitated towards Taoism later on in life.  The impending death of my young nephew made it very real and shifted my search for meaning into overdrive.  The Taoism, although great, was just too philosophical and didn't make me feel any better.  Stumbling upon the Afterlife Knowledge website and Bruce Moen ... it's as though something just went "click" in my brain.

Once again thank you.
