Downloads are as cheap as 99 cents!!  Worth having a look at.  Most of the Wave series are 99 cents.

Just so everyone knows--

These are from the Gateway series, and cover levels called Focus 10 (Mind Awake and Body ASleep), Focus 12 (Expanded focus), Focus 15 (the place of No Time), and Focus 21 (the rainbow bridge). Focus 21 is the transitional zone in which non-physical states are interfaced with physical states, the "lowest" level at which non-physical energies can interact with physical entities. All of this is Monroe-speak.

These are good starting points, but they are not as complex nor as powerful as the mp3's they use at TMI for the actual Hemi-Synch programs, at least per Skip Atwater (the Director of Research) and Darlene Miller (the Director of Training). Theree was some disagreement about their release in the first place, but the modified frequencies are available as the wave series. They reamin quite paranoid that these recording will make someone crazy, though in almost 30,000 people at TMI there have never been a serious problem.

Anyhow, this is a great place to start, and they are MUCH cheaper from Amazon then from TMI.

And, just in case you had any doubt, I love you, Irene, and I send a HUGE hug to you. It was great seeing you in C-1! Thanks for the post.

Hi Vajra!

The TMI Going Home set comprises 2 "albums" - one for the "Group" (those close to a dying person), and one for the "Subject" (the one dying). Both albums include tracks which go to Focus 27, but the narration for the Group tracks always brings the listener back to C1, (with too little time there!), whereas those in the Subject album - "Homecoming" and "Right of Passage" - leave the listener at 27, with instruction that if they wish to return to C1, all they need do is wish so and think of moving a finger. Or, they can remain there. They are, of course, quite safe for normal use, and are the only free-flow F27 tracks on general sale, if a little pricey. Gordon in particular has reported many retrievals here and in his book using these tapes (CDs). I use them for most of my attempted non-physical sessions, (just finished one, in fact!) but I am as yet a novice, and very envious of the many intriguing experiences which I read of on this Board!

Hi again, Vajra - yep, that's the one to get !

It's great that they now offer the two parts of the Going Home separately. It's a while since I bought mine, (tape version) but I'm sure it had to be bought all as one in those days, unless I was so flush with cash at the time I splashed out regardless! What I called the "Group" album I should have called "Support" - my mind obviously not fully back to C1 last night when I posted the message!

Even the CDs you are given at the end of the programs are a bit dumbed down, in my opinion.

The sound files on the computers in the control room are "just mp3" files, but they are 1411 kbps and are large files, some larger than others. Funny, as they are all 45 minutes long, as cassettes used to be. CDs can hold somewhat over an hour of music, more in other formats.

The take homes do not say "Do not Copy This Disc" but I am certain they are copyrighted. Most of the frequesncy combinations are available in other formats.

For example, at www.bwgen.com there is a FREE downloadable tone generator with (if you pay the fee, which is worth it) a library of preset binaural tones. This library of presets includes all of those designed for the book "Mastering Astral Projection" by Brian Mercer and Robert Bruce. They teach seminars, like Bruce Moen, to learn out of body techniques. The book is a 90 day program of daily lessons and sessions with the "Brain Wave Generator" and it is very interesting and effective and comes with a CD with the BW GEN program on it, and all the presets, too. They discuss many techniques that Bruce Moen has not in his books. Bruce Moen also sells CDs of his guided session through this website (I believe). They may help deepen one's meditative state and allow retrievals, which was what Bruce Moen articulates is what he thinks is one of the major areas of service we can accomplish while stilll in a physical body.

I enjoy them, but my interest lay beyond the human thought system and Time-Space illusion.

Thanks Romain. It's surprising the effect that the atmosphere and those others present can have, I've experienced this on a meditation retreat.

I suppose that to be fair Buddhist groups too are quite cautious even about meditation alone triggering psychological problems in individuals with a lot of stuff suppressed. The thinking there is that techniques for raising energy (which triggers altered states of conciousness) and so on are not introduced until the student has reached quite an advanced level, and done quite a lot of what's called shamatha (just sitting)  - and the teacher has formed a view as to their likely response.

Well, I have several bits to pass on on this, having had another discussion at TMI when I was there for Starlines two weeks ago.

First, Francine King and Lee INSISTED, and Darlene Miller and Skip Atwater also agreed, that the take home CDs are NOT dumbed down at all, and are (recently anyhow) actual sessions done within the workshops, identical to the actual in the booth sessions. They did say the "GOING HOME" series is dumbed down for Focus 27 because of Bob Monroe's concerns, but all the official take-home CDs are supposedly the real thing.

Secondly, Amazon has raised the price for most of the downloads because "they did not realize the songs were 45 minutes long, a whole CD" and they are no longer 99 cents. This was because several TMI grads called TMI and reported the 99 cent downloads, and TMI called Amazon and corrected the confusion. This was done while I was there.

The take home from Starlines, which is a Free flow Focus 34/35, now says "DO NOT COPY THIS DISC." Our question was why we got a Focus 34/35 take home CD when we had spent the entire week at Focus 42 and Focus 49..... Even the take home from Starlines II is a free flow Focus 42, not 49.

But, I was assured, it is the real thing, and not dumbed down..... And I agree with Spooky. The place is much of the magic. I am going back in Feb 2009 for Starlines II.
