Ok, bear with me everyone, I have been reading some NDE's and they have got me concerned. This is just the way I am, a worrier. So, getting my feelings out on digital paper will make me feel better.

Now, the majority of NDE's and other theories state that we are consciousness that has always been and will always be. But, some rare NDE's reveal that certain souls or consciousness are Annihilated into nothingness. Now, science tells us that energy (which I would assume a soul is made of) cannot be created or destroyed, only change states.

Then I began to wonder, why would God do this? What purpose would it serve to destroy something completely? Could someone be that bad? The same God who expects us not to murder or destroy precious life would destroy precious consciousness? I don't think so.

This has just got me thinking...you know? I am a curious person.

I know that people's beliefs shape their afterlife experience, so this is the explantion I will give for this weird NDE's.

Wow! I already feel better, it's like writing in a journal.

I can't contemplate nothing, just nothingness. Is it possible? Just nothing? Doesn't seem to make sense. We are supposed to learn from this life on earth, learn by doing good and bad, but that would be for nothing if we just got destroyed. All our experiences that could have been used to advance our soul growth...gone.

And that is why Annihilation doesn't make sense to me!

Message boards and journals are a good way to vent negative thoughts and energies. NDE's are interesting though, they are like a first person explanation of what Focus 25 and 27 are like for brief periods of time.
