Hi Deanna-
Sounds like psychic ability is coming out at an early age and is not yet comfortable.

The age between five and six years old is the time in which children become aware of their own dreams. This is difficult because they are uncertain of what is real and what is "only a dream". It seems that occasionally the adult opinion of "only a dream" also includes recollections of past lives, especially terrifying ones that still cause fear, and may also include the intrusion of present time spiritual material. Once in a while a child will have an "invisible friend" that is quite possibly a deceased family member of friend from ages gone by.

If Chloe hears or sees things that are not evident to adults, it is important that she understand that these are doubtless true visions and sensations, but that they do not come from anything in the immediate physical present. As a result, it is OK to ignore them. The reason that adults do not share her visions is that adults have learned, by experience, that such visions and experiences have little or no relationship to what is actually happening in the everyday world and we ignore tham.

Even the most negative and hostile spirits have no physical power over us. If they want physical power, they have to get a new body, but then they're no longer spirits. So the worst that they can do is to make unpleasant noises, and hope that by being scary they can prolong their own existence.  That's a pretty dismal agenda, to have to scare little girls in order to feel powerful.  Pointing that out to the heavy breathers, and asking them to properly come and identify themselves might be a useful option.

The rest of the spirit world is either neutral or loving in attitude. Friendly spirits can often send us love from where they live in their own Spirit World. Chloe is perfectly capable of telling the heavy breathers to go away, and that she will only allow loving spirits in her part of the world. When she is older, she will have the opportunity to decide whether she wants to become a psychic and have greater awareness of the spirit world.

Hi Deanna-
I guess that your psychic "blessing" can also be a nuisance.

I once had a patient who worked very hard to learn to read minds. She wanted universal ESP. Finally she began to succeed, and she discovered that what it brought to her was a lot of chaotic thoughts, like hearing everybody thinking at once, a sound rather like a river rushing through her head, I suppose. So she came back to me and wanted to stop being able to read minds. That's like un-learning how to ride a bicycle. Sorry.

With a little care and encouragement, I'm confident that Cloe will be just fine.  Obviously she comes from a line of psychically gifted women and they turned out OK.

Hi dave Chloe is my granddaughter and i was talking to her mother on the phone and she told me that there are times when Chloe is standing in the living room and stareing at something, like she is seeing someone in front of her and its not just at night she sees and hears things but in the daytime as well,so i told my son who is her dad to take photos from behind her with the digital camera to see if anything shows up and i will post them on here.

I am also going to go to my sons house to see what i can pick up there.

Love and God bless     Love juditha
