Thanks guys. Don't mind my pontification too much, I've just read a lot which doesn't count for much. My experience of this stuff is pretty limited - just enough that to know that reality is a lot bigger and more complicated than most allow.
You all have a really lovely and supportive way of responding around here. It creates a very nice comfortable environment.
Not to mention that your own experience (Betson, Hawkeye, Juditha and Co) is equally interesting - there's a very similar feel about all these stories. A mix of the utterly banal with very specific facts you just couldn't make up.
Of course it's not scientifically provable.....
It's quite magical too the way communication gets through like that - small bits of solid experience can be so helpful early on when you are just starting to open. Really helps to suspend the old disbelief, what passes for rational, scientific mind but which isn't. Skills like Judithas are really important I think.....
On the fancy cart. My grandfather spent some years in the US in the very early 1900s, but returned home to run a small farm in a very remote area in the South of the Ireland. He liked to run the then equivalent fo a custom paint job. The time I'm talking of was during the 1930s, almost nobody had cars there even then - only the likes of the local doctor.....
