I love this stuff. His electric/chi abilities seem to be very real! (These scientists should have used a storage/tracker oscilloscope instead of that cheap voltage meter) I've had some lessons of a Chi Gong master from China, and he told the most unbelievable things about what is possible when this art is fully developed. Yeah, gotta go meditate...

Impressive stuff. Kind of backs up the stories you hear about Tibetan masters and the like too.

My personal view is that there's a whole other energy system or systems out there that science is simply unaware of.

I guess the secrecy makes sense too. The day when powers like these are accepted as reality  by the mainstream is the day people will start trying to use this stuff for personal gain, military power and the like. The Atlantis scenario.

It begs a very big question as to when/how high level esoteric knowledge should find its way into the mainstream  - without a very great step up in consciousness first there may be problems. it'd be nice to think that it's self regulating, that the former requires the latter but I don't know if that's the case....

Greetings,

After watching your link, buddha01, several others on different masters showed up.
One fellow was a doctor and teacher who had learned from his family line of warriors. They used chi gong to guard temples and in the battlefield against their enemies, as well as to heal their fallen warriors.---So it's use has already been polluted by wars.

Perhaps the self-control needed to tune into the flow of energy and the equisite balance and pace of the movements would make 'battle' more like a competitive
dance ?  That would be so much better than nuking whole populations from a distance!

It's the question if not regularly practising meditation to gain those skills would form the personality of people that way that they wouldn't misuse it, or if not a destructive personality wouldn't be able to reach meditative states which are required for developing this skills.
