Healing in the afterlife
Jun 11th, 2007 at 7:25am

I'm autistic and I take pills to control irrational impulses and thoughts and I find that I am much more pleasant to be around and can think more clearly. When I am without meds I get anxiety attacks and am not very fun to be around. Here is a dilemma that I am wondering if anyone can shed a little light on. Will this come through in the afterlife or is the medicated version of myself the real me that will show up there? While I dont think they have litteral pills over there, is there another method of healing to control the biproducts of an autistic mind? Any answers would be appreciated

Well my opinion is that the autistic problem is a problem with your physical body, not of your spirit. Have you tried meditation?

Greetings, Muzak,

and welcome to this site.  Smiley

The trials we endure here and their toll are left behind when we leave the physical world. We have learned this from explorations of the afterlife by out of body explorers like Bruce Moen and those he's taught, and from the countless near-death experiences being reported.
To some degree we take our mental choices or states of mind with us.  You have noticed that being free of autism' s conditions is preferrable,  so your state of mind is good.

I don't think you need worry about it at all.  Perhaps the spiritual skills you learn from Moen and others will even help you heal, and others can learn from your example.

Best wishes, Bets

Hi Muzak, what I believe imho, one becomes relient on a pill, but once u disengage physical body, the symptoms go with you. The way you will master it, is to remember how you felt when the pill helped you feel that way. by recalling the "feeling" you will find your mind is powerful enough to grant your wish to be free of the symptoms, whatever they are.
the symptoms may be associated with your belief systems also, and these are correctable to explore, in which case the discovery of a false premise you believe in can also erridicate many illnesses, or show them to be allusions.

in many cases we need to rely on the god of our being, or call for assistance of non/physical doctor type spirit helpers, who surf the general area, awaiting to be called on  for those who wish to become free from medication through the decision to become whole.

I don't know what autism is exactly, unless it be living in your spirit world and trying to live in a physical world at the same time. the contrast between spirit and Earthly domain can be a harsh stark contrast if you're not used to it, the emotional body/nervous system has to become acclimated through self determination. We always need each other and it's good to realize their are helpers who await to assist, it's what they do best.

love, alysia

Consider your brain an antenna which is just recieving waves from the afterlife.
The waves never change.

But if your antenna is broken you can just buy a new one.

Spiritualism is the acceptance of empirically elicited evidence that the human consciousness survives physical death and that those who survive can communicate with those who are physically on earth in a number of ways.

Thanks for the words everyone. It is comforting to know that I will be able to be free of the chronic irrational thoughts and impulses that come with my current brain chemical imbalance. As far as meditation goes, I am fairly new to this type of thing but I would like to try it one day. Right now I don't know that much about it
