Hi Peter ..Focus levels and relaxing:
How much asleep/relaxed is your body when you’ve reached F-10?
I mean, can you hear yourself snore
or do you just feel very relaxed? since your not feeling any body numbness. Does it means your not relaxed?
This issue is important to me, and I feel that the question of how relaxed one might be while trying to achieve a Focused Level of Awareness is of interest especially when one is starting out.It get easier with time but it does take patience which sometimes i don't have...lol
I am always amazed at the wide range of states that one can be in, as to
asleep/ relaxed, to access the focus levels. When I first started listening
to the TMI tapes, I would feel very dissatisfied if I had not “gone deep”
during a tape. Then i did not know what deep means..like unconcious..
Over the TMI programs I’ve taken, since then, I’ve learned that a state of deep relaxation is NOT a guide to one’s focus level. It IS a Marker for how effective one is in “tuning in” to one’s guidance and Higher self. Learning to relax deeply is useful to learn the “language” of the Focus Levels.
But IMPO;as one gains experience with this, two trends become apparent:
1- You recognize when the “information” one is getting is a “Focus Level” channel, no matter how relaxed or unrelaxed that you are.
2. You find, with experience, that accessing these channels is really very
easy. Trying too hard can shut down one’s reception of signals. (I’ve come to accept that some times I’ll get information, and other times I won’t -and it’s okay, either way.) I'm happy that i did it period.
I’ve got the impression that it’s best to have a very solid F-10 state
before continuing with F-12. But then you can also used Bruce methods or combine both like a do.
So keep it up Peter...
With love, Romain
