Greetings Experienced Retrievers,
Have you ever chosen to retrieve someone who in their own previous life had terrorized you?
As a result of the first exercises in Bruce Moen's Guidebook and from listening to conversations here, I am much more loving than before. I believe this and see it in the faces of those around me. However I can't hold on to the feeling when thinking about looking up a past tormentor. Mentally I have forgiven them.  Should I go see if they need alittle help?

Hi Bets,
the fact that you ask this question seems to indicate that you feel like you should do it, isn't it? Get clear about this. Typically (but I wouldn't go that far to say necessarily) there is a karmic and/or soul group bound between a tormentor and the tormented. Check it out and then decide what to do; like Jean said, it's good to ask your guidance.
