In another post to the "Bruce Moen" thread, i talked a bit about the karmic web we weave with others...
Just wanted to clarify that i don't believe we actually have karma with others..its more like internal memory--having karma with self, but this gets worked out with others, and sometimes the same Disks who were involved with us in other lives.
It may be interesting to some, a good astrologer can look at a person's natal chart, get a good idea of the range of karma, tendencies, and potentials irregardless of the all important Freewill aspect, which i believe can overcome any tendency... I have noted that most people do more or less remain in bondage to their prechosen influences though.
But to continue, an astrologer can take the natal chart and compare it to the transists and progressions going on in the past, present, or future. Transits are when a planet moves from the position it orginally is in in the individual's natal chart. This individual chart is "fixed" in a sense (but of course is really dynamic). For example, i have natal Jupiter in Virgo at 10 degrees. Right now, Uranus is moving through Pisces and my 8th House at about 10 degrees, and is making an opposition aspect to my natal Jupiter.
Things like this, show how ones karma is getting "set off", but it is more accurate to say that these planetary positions are more so indications and signs along the way, of what the Soul has already chosen on some level(s). Ala Bruce Moen and the Big Clock he talks about...
The above transit i mentioned is very indicative of some group karma coming to light recently in my life, with some very deep insights and extreme conditions (Uranus), but which worked out for the better in the long term picture with spiritual growth (Jupiter) and opposition aspects more than any other represent "relationships". This combined with Neptune moving through Aquarius and exactly opposite my Ascendant shows 3 things (especially when taken in consideration with the above transit aspect); 1. I'm very open and psychic around this time. 2. Neptune in the 7th indicates potentially strong deception and illusion casting from others (or meeting "deluded" people who play a close and strong role in my life) 3. or meeting some very spiritually intune people which are very Neptunian in nature (which is potentially quite a fast vibration, second only to the Sun and Jupiter in our system).
By far, dominating all these tranists, is a very powerful and testing one of having Saturn right on my Ascendant/Rising sign degree in Leo. Saturn and Pluto are the heaviest, most testing planetary influences and the Ascendant is the most sensitive point in the chart, and any energy near there gets really magnified.
Among many things, this shows that i'm balancing some heavy duty Karma of late. Saturn is the planet of violent and sudden change, and i just made a major move to another state under transit, and i'm encountering all kinds of set-backs, particularly in the job/employment field... This is interesting since Saturn "rules" my 6th House of jobs, practical service and health. I'm also going through some health problems again. One of the main setbacks, which is really blocking employment potential, is not having any transportation. And i ordered a scooter about 8 weeks ago, and it was supposed to be here 2 weeks ago, and i found out it won't be here for another 2 or 3 weeks. It seems like a lot of this kinda stuff is happening, all indicated by Saturn moving over my Ascendant.
My dad (also represented by strong Saturn and Neptune transits) who is again struggling with alcoholism and some drug problems, recently moved in with Becky and I because we invited him... We didn't think he would be coming so soon, and honestly it is a lesson in patience and tolerance... But there is enough Love to go around... I've learned that i have to be gentle but very firm with him regarding certain house rules...and a lot of reminders since he is very absentminded. Yet, we are close in a way, especially spiritually and my dad has one of the best understandings of Yeshua that i've met in another person, and he is basically a very loving person--just self-destructive and suffering like many a musician (very Neptunian energy).
Another manifstation of Saturn, especially being on the Ascendant, is that others really misunderstand and misperceive you around this time. You just don't get a fair rap from most, unless the other person or person's have little personality to speak of (i.e. illusionary self). And you strongly appear to come off "heavy handed" to others. Saturn on the Ascendant is not very conductive to people being overly attracted to you, espeically not in positive way... However, for the individual with this transit it can be a great time of growth and getting ones priorities in order.
In general, it is indictative of attracting those in your life with whom you have some major heavy duty difficult and tense dynamics with in a strong pattern of other lives. And boy have i seen this lately. One liftime/personality and certain circumtance from Ancient Egypt got played out really strongly and extremely recently with some of the same "cast members". Especially the catalyst, who really, really disliked this other personality of mine and who had manipulated others in this prior life too. Sometimes i wonder, "why the repeat patterns so many times?" Its seems odd how "history" often gets played out so similarly and with often the same Souls involved in a similar capacity. Though it does make some sense this for this time/space cycle since our astrological age of the beginning of Aquarius is almost exactly opposite the one were this dynamic was really powerfully and influentially played out in the beginning of the Leo age. Talk about Polarization!
Lol i guess Shakespeare was very right when he said the world was naught but a stage and these brief lives of ours the actors who sometimes get lost in these silly roles. Strangely Karma isn't always about balance, or changing the roles..sometimes they just get repeated with slight variances, very odd and counter intuitive almost.
When looked at deeper, astrology is a fascinating subject, but unfortunately a lot of the astro. stuff out there is "fluff", materialistic, and shallow. I guess you could say, when studied aright, astrology is the Science of karma, Soul, and relativity of energy. Cayce's Source said that young Yeshua studied with the Persian Magi (who were prophets and astrologers) to learn the ancient art/science of astrology.
