hi Nomad. I think you may know these people on some level; or perhaps they may have an interest in you, or know you from another time, another place. They could be guides, helpers, guides in training, former family members. we just do not remember within waking consciousness for a reason. when you start getting more curious you may find out who they are.

I'm sort of in the same boat in a way. am currently becoming somewhat of an orb freak; something I thought would never happen. for instance my daughter took pics of a place before I moved in and there were no orbs.....same camera too. after I moved in, it appears the same orbs that were in my other house followed me here, same size and similarities with the new pics. I like to think these are my helpers who help me with my writing endeavors...indeed, why should any man or woman be an island ...

I'm not a medium in the traditional sense. I call myself a goffer...I go fer the info. mostly in sleep. mediums in the true sense they are able to make contact wide awake consistently. I'm not very consistent yet. I've been told I'm empathic, to feel things, get rotes through feelings. a rote is described in Monroe's book Far Journeys as a collection of ideas.
that's interesting you see the dress of spirits? what kind of dress is it? would you be able to put a time period on it? I have a guide with me who lived around 1910 I believe, possibly in England. love, alysia

Hi Nomad-

Don't let Alysia fool you with modesty, she's extremely sensitive, and has a lot of deep insight.

The usual problems people have with visions is getting into some kind of order so that they can be sensed in a regular understandable manner. From what you say, you "see dead people", which is OK, because dying isn't really fatal.  Their bodies fall off and the rest keeps on going. Like a butterfly that finally escapes the cocoon.

Most people who have visions of a specific and repeating sort seem to have a personal connection with some era that they have brought into their present lifetime.  There is a reason, and if you wanted to discover it, you could.

Bruce Moen's books describe his work as a spiritual rescuer, and his ability to go into a trance and enter the spiritual levels of reality to help souls get unstuck. (Book five is a How To.) Many others on this site do similar work. With your abilities, if you were to desire to become a rescuer of stuck souls you would probably have a very easy time of it, and do a lot of good.  Or, you might develop your abilities so that you could receive messages from the people you see, and pass them on to their loved ones. (I personally feel that the world needs more healers.)

In any event, what you are seeing is normal for psychic individuals, it is safe if you continue to be a good person with agenerally loving and interested attitude(otherwise it can be upsetting, but not physically dangerous), and it indicates a high level of spiritual development earned through past lives.

Enjoy! - dave

it's easier to help him than you think..here's a mini crash course....perhaps others will help u help.
in your mind you can visualize this person once more as in memory...imagine that you ask him a question such as "how can I help?" then be quiet and listen for the answer which may come from him or a guide. you can ask for guides also. guides can insert ideas into your field of awareness. if the answer that comes feels right to you go with it. since your intentions are good you won't get into trouble. the old standby is to either take folks to the light, or point to the light, surround them with love, or imagine taking them to an area we call focus 27, where all fresh starts can be had.
this is a retrieval situation and many here have walked in your shoes.
I'm thinking off hand that the bandit you saw appeared soul-less as it may have been a personality only shown to you. personalities are like clothing cast off; personality is not soul; it is a vehicle. on occassion, a personality shown may have been ourselves at one time, coming back for you to study and think about, perhaps to integrate into you; if not, you can only wonder why you are seeing images so distinctly. I am sure you will have assistance soon, do not fear.
love, alysia

I also have seen faces, sort of in between sleep and awake, but definitely different from a dream. I am aware of them being in position in my visual field. The detail is not very sharp. I have also seen the heads of dogs and one cat.
