well nothing happened
i was a bit unsure of what to do, do i actually try and listen to the music or try not to listen to it, or just try to lseep with that in the background?? lol never done b4.
i did notice i got relaxed and started to get the floaty thing happening, at one point it felt as though my legs were floating high but my head and upper back were still on the bed and i was angled. also i could easily than ever just imagine swaying and i would feel it.
at point point my legs and parts of my other body started to shake, vibrate even, (ive sensed this b4 and i knew it was leading up to the big vibrations from my other attempts), so i think i was getting close, so i remembered what u said, try to induce them but think about breathing, but nothing else happened.
and then i got loads and loads of itches on my nose which were annoying and i didnt scrath just ignored them, ansd then i got what i call "running legs" lol! i just had to move them, if anyone could post some feedback or a general outline of your procedure when using music that would be very helpful!
i will give another go tonight.
