Hi all, thank you for sharing all these experiences that are totally new for me.

I have always feel that there is a higher energy that we will understand better once we are on the other side. So, I have tried not to give much time to these things that I am not ready to understand.

But, after reading your posts, I was certainly intrigued about all these experiences. Especially about being able to contact your Higher Self, which I have tried without success.

Anyway, my request is to any explorer out there who is willing to contact my Higher Self and help me understand some things about myself. No, I don't want to know facts like when I will die, or specifics things about my future, but rather, I want to know if the perception I have about myself is correct and some other details that can help me get started in a better perception of my purpose in life.

This is very important to me and I would really appreciate if someone would be willing to do this favor for me.

I don't have the expertise for this task and I thought that if you people that sound like "pros" doing retrivals and helping dead people, why wouldn't you help someone that is still alive.

Let me know if this is asking too much. Thanks!!!

Fernando,, many years of retrievals,and projection of different areas of consciousness, I come to the understanding that "higher self" is not something or someone separated from us.... not something waiting for us when we die...we're a physical manifestation of our whole self.....

YOU ARE YOUR HIGHER SELF

The so called "higher self" is based on the religious and metaphysical beliefs that something or someone bigger or better or higher then your whole self. We expressing this beliefs because our objective perception what lead us to believe that we separated from our own essence (soul, if you will)

When you meditate, when you listen to your intuitions, impressions... you're talking to your essence your so called "higher self" There is "no higher or lover" that is only objective expression of the "separation" beliefs..

We all in contact with our "inner selves" always with success but the difference is that if we have lack of self-knowledge and understandings who we really are, we might see that unsuccessful... and we don't understand it...

It does make sense what you are saying. However, if it is within myself, how can explorers meet other people in the after life and do retrievals?

Fernando - You asked a very insightful question, and Dora's right on target with the answer.

As to how we meet ourselves, try holding your left hand in your right hand. They feel like two different things, right? Now look from the viewpoint of the tip of your nose, and you see that they really are one and the same, merely playing two different roles. Your Higher Self is God, you are God, everyone else is God, and we all play at being individuals on this level, just as you have one attitude at one moment today, a different one at a different moment etc. It's all One, yet it's all Many.

If you really want to play, try meditation or a hypnotic regression (the IARRT web site refers past life therapists) to a past life, then go through the moment of death into the Spirit World state. At the core of that state is the One, and your Higher Self is the psychic bridge that connects you to It by active love.

I'll just add that something inside you made u post here. that something is in you now and always and I agree we cannot be separate from higher self or All that Is but that we can percieve we are separate. I see the impulse to reach out to others as that self that is unfolding. Blessings, you now awaken to yourself! it takes courage to reach for those others, whom we can perceive as separate from us.

Aspenv, are you looking to contact a loved one? we have on this site free articles a "how-to" article by Bruce which makes it easy. look under free articles at the top.
personally speaking I find if u want to contact a loved one in spirit that building the desire and being of a curious nature to do this, consciously, will bring that experience to you in a way that you can receive it. Most are contacted via the dreaming landscape but there are waking experiences which can occur also. wishing you patience and fortitude in your explorations!

Hi again Alysia, you are fast!! Wink

As I stated in my first post, I want someone to contact my higher self.

Which brought the issue that the higher self is within oneself and that we are gods etc...

But that did not resolve the issue about what the explorers were contacting. I assume at this point that explorers are contacting only parts of a self (as described as Bruce). Those parts that are returning home, aka, the Disk.

After what Dave was mentioning that the Higher Self, aka the Disk, is within us. The parts that conform the Disk, are also within us, but yet, it seems that they are contacted by explorers.

So, once again. If explorers are able to contact parts of the self (correct me if I'm wrong) what to they stop them contacting someone else's Higher Self?

Fernando's higher self IS FERNANDO.... that is not a separate thing, not a separate entity.... as I type to you as Fernando, I'm also typing to your own higher self, there is in actuality NO separation what separate you from understanding it is that in physicality we have to have objective/subjective awareness, otherwise we wouldn't be able to function in this physical realities...

When we disengage (die) for a period of "time" we carry our objective beliefs with us into the transition period, where we might create based on our beliefs HERE similar situations what we experiencing while we're still in physical,
therefore just as here we still believe that we're separated from our whole self...

Even though there is no one - in my understanding - stay in that situation, those who get *stuck* either from still physically living, or non-physical essences they get help, and they begin to shed their objective beliefs and they begin to *see* that the separation was only beliefs

When we *retrieve* someone we still dealing with the objective beliefs, what they might carry over with them...

Aspenv, people doing retrievals don't always know the belliefs of the people they are retriving until they get to where the person is. If the person is in a 'false heaven', then the retriever realizes this. A retriever goes to where he/she sets his/her Intent.

When a retriever goes to help out with mass disasters, he/she sets his/her Intent to go to help any who are 'stuck'. We are automatically taken to them regardless of their beliefs.

Does this help to clarify?
