After my last downer post, I've been slogging though the exercises. Experiencing Love was great: remembering holding my 1 minute old daughter does it for me. Tears and smiles. However, the breakthrough was in reading pages 153-154 on Tips for using Nonphysical Sight. I am definitely on the Knowing spectrum for all senses. I don't visualize, audialize (?), smellize, tasteize or any other sense-ize. However, I perceive and somehow know what these senses are sensing, and that's OK! I can use these perceptions. I have had the experience of, "Whoa, I couldn't have made that up!" Bruce infers that many of the experiences that he wrote about in his books were on the Knowing end of the spectrum I should have read those pages first.
