I retract all the appalling untrue things I said about you and ask for your “forgiveness” The bible gives us very little about the afterlife and having a curious nature and insatiable life long search for knowledge I go after it wherever it can be found. I don't question Gods will, but God never said we could not ask him questions or use our own god given intellect to ask any question about existence we like. Are you a comitted Christian?

I am not a plagiarizer and would never publish someone else’s work as my own. Please understand that I was new to the forum and did not know that this was necessary.

I just signed off as Alan not knowing that some members would assume I had written the article. My blog if you go back and read it will indicate to you there that if I am the author I usually indicate it.

I have really gone through the “University of Life” having to live in this divided country full of unspeakable crime that sometimes came nearly to civil war. I have also had to live through and overcome as far as I could appalling health problems and if you want to get to know me better, I will go into this more detail.

South Africa is a beautiful country of contrasts as you know and I have not always lived the comfort of the American dream down here. The fate of my family is a constant worry.
