Point well taken.  But you must admit that if you ran a website like this, the uploading of spyware might be an immediate dealbreaker for you.  Really, what you  described is not much different from what happened (Bruce messaged Pauli, asked him to remove the spyware, Pauli declined, denied that there was a problem - and Bruce banned him (which is the GTFO phase you mentioned).

Most of us, if contacted by the site administrator would try to comply with the basics, even if we believed in conspiracy theories, etc.
