I think if we could remove the ability to get into physical altercations and all weapons from the room, most religious discussion would easily show that many of them have the same basic foundation. I doubt that will happen in our lifetimes (this one at least), but I envision a world where we can live harmoniously together and honor each other's journeys along the way. I don't want to believe anything less is possible.
Thanks for adding to this discussion. I'm enjoying reading and learning.
Kind regards,

Hi Mj,
I agree, i think at their core and at their best, different religions really teach the same things, which basically revolve around love, ethics, etc. All very good and worthwhile things.
I happen to suspect that in the case of Christianity, some less expanded and lacking in Light forces purposely got a hold on it and began a process of trying to distort it and use it for the wrong reasons.
We see the results now in the things that you and Recoverer have mentioned--the various intolerances, prejudices, corruptness, etc. and yet not once did Yeshua ever preach any of those, and he was one of the few ancient Women's Lib advocates.
One thing which i do believe is a bit different between real Christianity and other belief systems, and which is something i intuitively suspected for a long time, which Guidance has confirmed in various ways, is that of Yeshua having been a Teacher who was fully and completely "enLightened" or as i like to say, completely intune with PUL Consciousness.
While others were close and taught similar things as he, he lived it to the nth degree and exampled it like no other has before or since. He proved his complete attunement to Love Divine, by conquering the illusion of the so called necessity of physical death which is something that no relatively modern religious Teacher (Krishna, Buddha, Mohammad, etc) has done. This was a powerful statement to others and to the World that truly "He and Source" were One completely.
So, while i'm not religious nor do i call myself a Christian, because of my experiences and because of this awareness, is why i put so much emphasis on Yeshua in the particular, because truly he was and is the perfect example in the Earth of complete and full attunement to PUL Consciousness (Pure, Unconditional Love). Examples are far more powerful than words. Many teachers have and do preach PUL in different ways, but how many are a pure, living expression of it?
Plus we are friends and co-workers from way back, and i've always respected him in various other Earthly lives, nonphysical dimensions, and even other realities. He's often been a sort of teacher and guide to us all and to me, and i will always, always be appreciative to him for his help.
I doubt i would be where i am at today in my spiritual growth and level of happiness, if wasn't for him in his lifetime as Yeshua, or in his other helper roles and lifetimes before Christianity.
