Maybe drugs should not be taken too lightly... I have my own experiences with drugs, be them illegal ones of different kinds (e.g. LSD, Cannabis, Amphetamines, and some other chemical and natural illegal and potentially dangerous drugs, but in moderate frequencies and doses) in my younger years, or socially accepted drugs like alcohol (still using it daily in the evening and night, but in small to moderate doses), nicotine (given up on it at last in April 2011, because of health issues with disturbed blood circulation in brain), caffeine (mostly in the morning, sometimes during daytime too, but in moderate doses).
Your description of your intakes seems rather unusual to me, but that may be a cultural difference, I'm simply not used to it and don't know about others, maybe I close my eyes at it, or people generally do it but don't speak openly about such things.
My personal view is that drugs have impacts on the overall health of the bodily system and that the effects become more acute with higher age, while at younger age they can still be shrugged off.
I knew some people who died of drugs prematurely in young or medium age, some already in their thirties, others in their fourties. I'm 46 years old now and know that I still have many things to do, so have to be careful, I would like to smoke cigarettes but I must not do it because it threatens my life expectancy drastrically, and I like to drink more whiskey because I like it, but must restrain myself because of my stomach, and I think I have already burnt many many brain cells with LSD and need the remaining ones.
Maybe you might consider using less chemical aids to influence your energetic system...?
