  Very cool Erik.  I imagine if you keep on keeping on, life and your perceptions will eventually get quite interesting for you.  It's like using a very atrophied muscle, the more you use and work it, the stronger it will get. 

  Eventually you most likely will find that your automatic, intuitive knowing ability will really increase and you won't have to rely so much on related physical sense symbols or having to go as deeply into an altered state to get there and receive such info.

  One thing that has helped me with this whole opening up to guidance and the nonphysical, is to specifically ask and intend to attune to, communicate with, get help from, and be directed by the most spiritually helpful, aware, loving consciousnesses. 

  This will not completely limit your connection with the average or typical nonphysicals, (aunt Kathy for example), but interactions with these will be for the best for all involved, because on some level it will be directed by those fully aware, PUL attuned, and creative consciousnesses and the most expanded and aware part of your own "Disk".
