I spent some time reading their material on the web site, and also some third party commentary. The leader, "Falco", seems to have had legitimate experience with astral projection and non-physical contact when he was young. The images came from his "memory". The current commune seems to run on a more eco-sustainability basis, with some of the mystical pre-christian religous influences. The sense I got overall is that it is a noble and well-grounded movement, but that it requires an "all-in" commitment to really make it work. And what happens when you have been part of a community like that for 10-20 years, and you finally decide that you want out? Well, you have not made any money in all that time, and all you have is the community, so some law suits have ensued, all of which were dismissed, I think. Anyway the artistic achievement of the temples is astounding.
