I was just wondering how often people here do a retrieval?
Is it every now and then or something more regular?

In my case, it is a matter of finding the time and more importantly the peace and quiet! I take advantage of the opportunity to do retrievals maybe every other week. I would do more if I could, but the conditions need to be right.

The Disk is the I-There.

I-There = A group of discarnate and incarnate humans that are connected
to each other. Discarnates that are permanent members of the Disk usually
stay in the astral at all times. Incarnates in the physical reality are
connected to the Disk/I-There by a yellow/green, self-illuminating wire,
with leads from the back of the human and splits into finer fibers all
over the Disk to the various discarnates members of the I-There. For full

two last books.

That's interesting. I initially thought I knew what Aspect of Self was, but no I'm not so sure.

I don't know what it is I've retrieved sometimes. Energies only?
