Hi all,

I got this in a dream last night but I think it's more relevant to this section due to what it said.

The message I got was that spirits are made of thought energy basically. Now a quick google search has brought up more than enough information which confirms this as part of the quantum physics theory.

Also the person who told me in the dream was not someone that I recognised, normally in dreams the people are always people I know and anyone else who is unknown I don't see their faces. So was it a dream? I'm not sure.

Anyway I'm sorry it's brief I didn't write it down at the time as I need my sleep, I'm up at 05.30 am all week for work.

I'm sure you know about this already too but I thought I'd share it just for more confirmation. It has been bugging me for a while now in how it's possible but I haven't looked into it as I didn't know where to look, I don't like to fill this board up with questions either.

I think it was just a clue to get me started with my research.

Also, now I've thought about it some more there was definitely more to it than what I've said but I can't remember the rest. So the thought energy was something to do with it but not what they are "made of", he was describing this but I don't remember that part and thought energy came in at another point. I've put 2 and 2 together and not come up with 4, I think.

Thanks for your input it has helped me to make sense of it a bit.
