Whether life is easy or hard for us depends more on our attitude, beliefs, and perspectives than just purely the circumstances we experience. It's meant to be difficult only in the sense that suffering is the catalyst for us finally and deeply choose the ways of living which does not beget it anymore (it is also the fire that purifies us by melting out the dross). Once it has served it's purpose, what need is there anymore for it? A different kind of suffering remains though, because now we can truly feel others suffering, and if there wasn't a desire for change sparked by that, i would question about the beliefs one has and path one is on.
Acceptance is a very good start and an important balance in all this. It is the Yin side. It is the Water within and without. Yet it can become over emphasized. We can start to become too passive or easily influenced by forces more focused than us.
The desire for change, for improvement, and the will and energy to work towards same, is the Yang side (it is the Fire within and without), just as necessary and important as the Yin, but again it's the balance which is truly important.
Different people, different circumstances, different times in our lives require different proportions of same to facilitate/awaken that all important and necessary balance.
Again i remind you that like attracts, begets, likes, and perceives like. Those who tend towards the Yin imbalance often find fault with the Yang, and put the more purely Yin ways on a pedestal not realizing that they should instead merge it with the Yang, and vice versa with those who tend towards the Yang imbalance.
A question: Do you remember if your eyesight started to improve once you got off the scooter and started to make your way by walking and more specifically when you started to carry a woman over and also when you were walking the more difficult and thorn lined trail path?
It's easy to ride a scooter in the sense that it requires little work and energy on our part. But were you not striving and pushing yourself more so when it came to walking the difficult path, always trying to keep your balance?
Anyways, i think the dream bodes very well for you, and that difficult but very helpful and necessary changes are coming along your path, and that you will be getting off the scooter and onto to the true path which requires attuning to a greater degree of balance to walk. But your dream is also trying to tell you that while acceptance and letting oneself be led is part of this transformation, so isn't focus, will, work, and active change; the Yang side, is more important for you to attune more to in order to fulfill this transformation.
So, it's nots so much about making your way easier, as it is about making the necessary changes in your life and/or in yourself that will facilitate this unfolding and greater attunement to Source. But i think you will find that this will make things easier in the internal sense at least. You will be better able to face with greater equilibrium and less suffering those challenges and difficulties. You've cried so many tears, and your heart has felt so broken at times, but soon will come a time when your tears will be more so tears of joy or of compassion.
If i may make a suggestion, one which has helped me a lot along this path in life. Try asking for help from that Being who has been called the ArchAngel Michael. He/It will shield you from influences which can hinder and which whisper false beliefs and perspectives into our ears. Also, being very attuned to the Yang aspect of Source, perhaps He can help facilitate a greater merging of same into you.
You're sensitive, you're open, impressionable, you can listen more deeply, that is one of your great and beautiful strengths but it also makes it easier for you to be influenced--especially when self is feeling more imbalanced or is less PUL attuned than the norm.
Anyways, for what it's worth, this has helped me a lot in life, which is why i recommend it to you now. I know it sounds a bit silly and religious like, but maybe it's worth a try.
