Seraphis1,
"I never thought anyone would ask. But since you did here is what I think."

Hehe. Smiley

"As Attila invaded Gaul and began burning towns and villages… St. Genevieve had a vision in which an angel (we know them as spirit guides) told her to get the people of Paris to into their homes, pray and fast… apparently they did… and Attila by passed Paris and hit Orleans… This is a perfect example of what us Monrovian/Moen students understand as focused intention."

Hide, make a phone call to hollow heavens and a detox needed for focused intention. Doesn't really sound like monroe to me. Tongue

"What the mind of man can conceive and believe the mind can achieve"

Are you talking about the physical? The mind can conceive a feline metal dog with a golden heart and a nicely decorated christmas tree for a head, that's just as loving and happy as a regular dog, but there are still physical rules and other agreements, or it wouldn't be the earth life system.

"Visualize your head at the base of the bottom cone…"

I don't understand that. Would swirling around three times before focusing the thoughts help? Wink

"We don’t want to tell people what they want, what we want to do is create a safe world in which they can have what they want…"

Good answer. But people still want what they want, and your definition of a safe world, mine, and theirs prolly include a lot of differences. Who's to decide what is a safe world for the lot of us?

"I want to attract into the world leaders who are intelligent, intuitive and loving who will bring about peace, prosperity /abundance  and freedom and justice for all."

Qualities aside, why do you feel the need for leaders?

On the Monroe wave series there is an exercise in which you make list things you want and send them out into the Astral… he doesn’t explain the mechanism but Rhonda Byrne does in The Secret… it is all in the frequency that you send out… it comes back to you… this is because the astral is malleable clay out of which any postulate with intention and will can shape it and materialize it in the physical… I don’t mean to say it is easy… but, it is doable with will, persistence and intention.

Heck that would be easy in robotics… but all kidding aside yes there are rules… up to a point… but the mind of man can create new rules…

Oh come on now Volu, that is a visualization device to show how you focus an intention… the intention has to penetrate the Astral… that is a skill, it takes savvy and effort to accomplish it… everyone has the ability to do it… not everyone knows they can… not everyone will put the dedication and effort into doing it and not everyone has the mystical technological tools to accomplish the skills… I am a long way from perfecting the Silly Little Finger exercise… tho I am trying… master that exercise and you master the universe…

What I want is a world that someone isn’t trying to blow up every five minutes. I want a world where people respect boundaries… so that one can pursue life, liberty and happiness… is that too much to ask??

Leaders decide who to blow up and whose stuff they are going to take. I want leaders who respect… life, liberty and the right of all men and women to pursue happiness…

That’s how it works…

Hi Seraphis1,

"Oh come on now Volu, that is a visualization device to show how you focus an intention… the intention has to penetrate the Astral… that is a skill, it takes savvy and effort to accomplish it… everyone has the ability to do it… not everyone knows they can… not everyone will put the dedication and effort into doing it and not everyone has the mystical technological tools to accomplish the skills…"

Some are unaware of it, but doing it all the time, without turning the clock back five seconds every fifth second for it to work. Tongue

"What I want is a world that someone isn’t trying to blow up every five minutes. I want a world where people respect boundaries… so that one can pursue life, liberty and happiness… is that too much to ask??"

One can pursue life, liberty and happiness despite external turmoil. Want a better world, why not start with oneself and internal change? One's role change by reducing polarity issues with others. Though it might get fiery the other way around when the hood notices the ranks are getting thinned out. The prospect of one less player, the monroe insitute logo in action. Wink

"Leaders decide who to blow up and whose stuff they are going to take. I want leaders who respect… life, liberty and the right of all men and women to pursue happiness… That’s how it works…"

Leaders/lords/masters decide and you follow. Or not. I'm a drop, not the wave, so my intention is to steer clear of trying to control that. But not perfect by any measure.
