I believe the higher self/disk viewpoint is true in some way, because I've had experiences and received spirit messages stating that it is. Other people who visit this forum have also had experiences with their disk.

I have some questions:

1. How is our personal Disk / I-There created in the first place?

[Some level of higher being projected them.]

2. How old are our I-Theres? Monroe said he knew that one incarnation was 150 000 years old, see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EJ0QQ9612yg&feature=related.

[I figure it varies. I-there's incarnate in places other than this world. I've had experiences sugggesting that my disk has had incarnations in places other than this world.]


3. How does an I-There evolve?

[First by itself, and then with the assistance of us. So get to work. ]

4. In the youtube clip above, Monroe says he was made out of 5 previous incarnations. How many incarnations does our current incarnation usually consist of?

[This varies. Check out what Thomas Sawyer has to say about reincarnation in his near death experience account. He doesn't say something such as disk or I-there, but it comes down to the same thing.]

5. I've read four out of five of Moen's books and all Monroe books.  Where can I get more info regarding the Disk / I-There?

This book power of light may help. I have not read it but John Hornecker used to have a website (now discontinued) in which he had detail information about the Oversoul... he claims he is Or was a walk-in he may be deceasd (again!!)... but you might check it out.
