hi everytime i sleep the spirits are with me,i had to have a confidence session today with deanna and we are all reading this book,"living with fear,but doing it anyway",well i never heard a word he said all through this session as i fell alseep,the spirits were all around me touching me ,talking to me,i never used to fall asleep in the day but i do now as i'm tired all the time and the spirits come round me and i'm getting even more spirit activity on my landing in front of my bedroom.

i saw lots of shimmering lights in all shapes and form last night,i am seeing spirit more and more now,i was told the other day by the head of our church that i'm not closing down properley,im not frightened of the spirits,i feel they are round me more now because im on my own ,i feel my hair being touched a lot as well

i was looking at my beautiful jesus picture and he was smiling at me and moving his hands,i keep seeing still objects moving all the time

I'm not going to say one way or the other why Juditha saw Jesus move in her photo, but I will say this.

I wouldn't underestimate how spirits can have an effect on our vision.

For example, the first time I made conscious contact with my I-there was after I had three back to back dreams where it became very clear that an intelligence beyond my own created them, when I woke up I heard a voice say "just as you found inconsistencies in your dreams, find inconsistencies in your waking state," I woke up in an expanded state of consciousness, I looked at my digital clock, and the upper dot of the colon was moving around.

I'm not saying that the dot actually moved around, but my I-there made it so I perceived it moving around. It is also possible that my I-there found a way to make the dot move, spiritual reality is primary to physical reality.

Since Juditha has a special place for Jesus in her heart, he might've made it possible for Juditha to see his image move.

During a particular phase of my spiritual growth, as I sat in my easy chair, unfriendly spirits would try to get the best of me. It seemed as if they were ganging up on me. There were a few occasions when they did so that I saw a part of physical reality different than I usually see it. I'd see it in a creepy way. Eventually I became strong enough where they couldn't effect me in such a way.

Like Juditha, spirits are around me quite often. I take part in retrievels by having spirit energy run through me. My energetic system has been developed so this is possible.

If your energy stands out more than the energy of other people, spirits are more likely to notice you.

Juditha:

Do you see other parts of physical reality altered in such a way, or just the photo of Jesus? You've mentioned before that you've seen the image in his photo move in such a way.

Juditha:

When some people hear of what spiritually perceptive people perceive, they assume they are hallucinating. The fact of the matter is, spiritually perceptive people, because their minds aren't locked in the limitations people often experience, can experience both paranormal manifestations and hallucinations.

This phenomena is similar to what takes place in astral realms. Sometimes spirits experience what was created by other beings, sometimes they experience what they created.

I found that when I went through a period of being afraid of unfriendly spirits, my mind was able to create hallucinations similar to the hallucinations you mentioned (e.g., the mermaid). This is similar to the interpreter thing Bruce Moen speaks of. You visually perceive something and an aspect of your mind causes the image to be interpreted in a manner that doesn't represent what is being looked at.

The solution? Become certain that you don't have anything to be afraid of. It has been shown to me in numerous ways that if we choose love and light, an unfriendly being can't harm us. Going by what you've shared, it seems as if your guides have told you the same thing. It seems as if they are correct, because with all you have gone through, nothing has gotten the best of you.

Regarding the entities you perceive, some say there are entities that feed on our fear. If you perceive one, send it love. I and other people have found that this works.

Some people underestimate the power of love…doesn't it come from God?
