spirit of st oswald came to me at my writing group

hi i was sitting with my friends at my writing group today and i saw this spirit standing next to my friend david who is jewish,as i told david i could see this spirit which was dressed as a monk,it told me that he was st oswald a gregorian monk also that he lived in the 17th century.

he also showed me his death being that of haveing a sword thrust in his chest and as he leaned forward his head was cut off,this was done by a black knight.

before i saw st oswalds spirit david had said that he could not feel okay in dull dark wheather and as he said these words,i was shown that david had lived at that time and he was killed by this black knight in the same way and thats why he fears the dark and dull times.i felt that david was a reincarnation of st oswald,i felt this very strongly whilst spirit was communing with me.

anyway st oswald showed me a cerest of arms which was blue material with gold edging and a cross and a lion on there in gold,i have checked this out on google and the crest is blue with a lion and gold leaf around the lion,so i was almost spot on with that.

also i read on google that st oswald was a gregorian monk in the seventeenth century and also had his head cut off,so i'm well pleased with this result also david is checking it out on his computer tonight and my other friends sandy trevour and my sister deanna are also checking it out in books so cant wait to hear what they have found about st oswald.

also st oswald gave me two words which were sancto and patri

i seem to be getting more from spirit now as i am no longer in the darkness of depression but am now in the light of gods love hope faith and thats where i'm staying.

hi kardec beau recoverer and seriphis1 thanks for your replies

i was so pleased with what i got on st oswald,i thought i had lost touch with spirit through my couple of dark years but i think now thats because my mind at that time was clouded with all my miseries, but i feel now that the door to spirit has opened again as the dark clouds have gone now behind the light of god

all the time through my days of darkness,i said this prayer every night to god and wrote it in my diary,my grandmother taught me this prayer when i were a little girl and it came to me all the time through my despairing days.

now i lay me down to sleep
i give the lord my soul to keep
if i should die before i wake
i give the lord my soul to take

the reason i kept saying these words to god through these two years of complete sadness is because i wanted to die and i wanted to every night and asked god every night to let me be in heaven with my dad,i cried and begged god through these times and felt i needed to say those words of that little prayer, but god had other plans for me so im more positive and still here to talk about it.

hi b2 thanks for what you wrote,i had another look on google and apparantly they couldnt find st oswalds head,i think its amazing that at that time they knew it was st oswalds body with his head missin,considering they didn't have ferensics way back then,but i suppose people knew st oswald even without his head.
