....  I agree that the physical world is a morass chock-full of opportunities with which to be distracted and to lose the light, but in spirit it seems to me that the blinders are off and we have a handle on the direction toward the Creator.  I am of the mind that only in this three dimensional environment, with the illusion of separation, are we "God-less", or stuck. I agree 100% !  Thanks for expressing it!

The New Testament, Bruce Moen, and the Jesus of Howard Storm's NDE all suggest the possiblity of soul annihilation.  Why would any souls (say, Hitler) drift towards this option?  Probably because on the one hand they can no longer tolerate the suffering on their hellish plane, but on the other hand they cannot bring themselves to choose an upward path.  Bruce Hoen has observed how difficult it is to retrieve souls from the lower hellish planes.

Right now our church is building bridges with schools and social agencies to offer free tutoring/ ment oring programs to help get young people out of homelessness and poverty.  It is truly exciting when someone captalizes on this opportunity and finds a job through our assistance.  But I am overwhelmed by how the great majority of such youth refuse all offers of help and choose to remain in their escapist addictive lifestyles.  I suspect the same is true in t he lower hellish regions.

I was under the impression that our energy could not be annihilated...unless you describe the individuality being subsumed by the Creator energy.

Also, in Newton, there is the idea that souls may undergo reformation or reconstruction to alleviate some amelioritive patterns.

I don't know...just sayin'...

You describe the way I imagine the result of the annihilation.  But of course, we don't know that.

...but why would a soul's evolution be time limited in a timeless environment ? I'm not saying it does'nt happen only that it seems logically strange ....
