Request Suggestions for Building Energy
Dec 31st, 2009 at 8:46pm

Hi All,

I have searched for info on the above topic, but still have some specific questions -- if anyone could offer suggestions, please.

I am spending quite a bit of time in the Afterlife, for reasons which are probably obvious to anyone who has read some of my prior posts.

I often find myself pretty "dragged-out" and tired.  Sometimes I lose focus in the Afterlife completely and jump back to my physical body.

The energy structure we build in the "Preparatory Procedure" doesn't seem to be quite enough for me -- at least to stay out as much as I do.

Let me say this, after creating my "Energy Structure" (ES), I charge a couple of minutes, then I leave it to go exploring.  Am I supposed to stay within the ES, i.e., take it with me wherever I go?

That would seem to be distracting to seeing images and hearing conversations.  The ES that I create has a bright golden glow, and a shuddering thundering roar -- accompanied by the sharp snap of sparks jumping to nearby objects and the "bzzzzzt" of blowing arcs.  Bluish ionization clouds blow rapidly up and down the snakelike energy flows going up and below me.

Being an engineer, I tended to create the energy flows in accordance with my perception of strong field gradients and high voltages, I suppose.  I wanted it to be, well, "energetic".

I have read posts about the importance of deep, slow breathing and understand.

Does anyone know any other energy-building techniques that would enable me to stay out longer without depleting my reserves and limiting my time available to be in the Afterlife?

Thanks a bunch for any suggestions you may have.

Hi,

some suggestions that have been posted from time to time that maybe you haven't seen --

sleep for a few hours or overnight until 3 a.m. or so, then wake up and go into the afterlife preparation and experience

cut down on meat and artifical additives in your foods, and increase fruits and veggies

drink an extra-sweetened fruit juice or eat 1/4 C of fruit jam right before or right after your explorations

lighten your load by putting yourself into the feeling of PUL

Respect that some aspect of yourself knows your limits and brings you back before you are very exhausted, so don't try to force further explorations until you've had time to revitalize yourself.

Thank you, Bets.   Smiley

I owe you.

P.S. Just for that, I will disclose the secret of my screen name to you -- whether you wanted to know or not.   Wink

It is a Latin word.  I am no expert in Latin, but I think it is pronounced "Qway-row".

The shortest English equivalent would be, "The Searcher".

Other English synonyms are:  to seek, to plan, search for, ask, procure, enquire, to miss, want, seek to know, obtain, get.
