12/31/09 - mid-morning session:

Taking a break from AKG work to recover from the intense Heart/Energy work. Up to now since the major lancing of a festering ancient wound all I could do for the last few days is sleep... and my sessions were like giant winkouts... this is the first conscious session in several days.

Just finished a TMI wave session - OBE separation segment. Remained conscious the whole time, but something was different.. it began with a serious nerve pain in my right big toe just under the big toe nail... the pain was like a line about three inches long extendeding up along the inner edge of the the foot... it was quite intense... and lasted a while... in the reflexology map the big toe is the head area... since it was on the right side of my body... that is supposed to be related to the left frontal lobe of the brain... but, I did not get a sympathetic sensation in that area of my brain tho, I must admit I had no... specific sensation in the grey matter of the brain... I did not see inside or outward from the pineal... the whole session was quite different from any session that I remember... but, I did feel late in the session a formation of some subtle body mass which was from head to toe... but, the session prompts were beginning to bring me back to C1 even tho I thought if I could sustain the state I might separate as a unique mass.. this was the best obe session I've had in a long time...
