Do you guys know any movies about the afterlife? The only one I've heard of so far is "What Dreams May Come" (you can find the full movie on youtube).

Thanx!

I'd forgotten about The Sixth Sense. Just watched The Others. I was a bit confused at first cuz they called it a horror movie, so I was expecting heads getting chopped off. I was glad to find out I was wrong. Really liked the movie.

Thanx and have a nice day,  Smiley

I agree, it was very interesting to see how people we meet play a role in all this stuff!

Thank you! Smiley

I like the tags on the movie list, I'd never heard about that website before. I'm still working my way through the descriptions and trailers.

Unfortunately I can't get "Five People You Meet In Heaven" on DVD, so I'll get me the book. I've read some reviews though, sounds good.

hoping you'll get to see lots of smiles today,  Smiley

Net Flix has Five People...and its a pretty good service...and I receive no incentive to tell anyone that.  Cheesy

Inspiring! OMG.

http://www.artekimages.com/   original site

http://www.amazon.com/Ritual-Path-John-Banks-IV/dp/B000JLQQ6W

as described, much like a painting that moves, with excellent music to set off the beautiful artwork. You will see spirits in this one. Reminds me of how images shift in meditation, with the freedom of movement that one has in that imaginative realm.

DVD: Ritual Path (John Banks/Fritz Heede)
Meet the Goddess/Love/Light Within!

Description from site:
"Part 1 - Experience 10 sites from around the world. Each piece features natural images enhanced and transformed with digital tools to create an immersive visual style that has the integrity of the real world and the boundless possibilities of the imagination. These visionary events are journeys into the spirit of nature. Featuring an original 5.1 score of electroclassical compositions and guest vocals by Jon Anderson of Yes

Part 2 - Create a calm mood with looping atmospheric scenes & sound. Choose a single site to repeat or play all 15 sites in a long loop. Based on digital enhancements of nature footage as in part, these environments are like moving paintings on your screen."

-----------------------
I am not sure if this is available anywhere to rent, but it is only $10 used/nearly new. A mystical combination of natural scenes and special effects. A spiritual element enhances this dvd, so I recommend it.

@Aras and Beau: Thank you for trying to help. I've checked everything but the movie is only available in the US. But I did get the book.

@moonsandjunes: Art on DVD, that sounds interesting. There are some videos on one of the musicians' myspace page http://www.myspace.com/nijolesparkis

take care and have a nice day,

Did you just change your location to Seattle or have I just never paid attention to that? I lived in the Seattle-area (Renton, later Bellevue) for about 4 years. It's nice, well especially since the winters are usually mild. I heard this winter was pretty crazy though.

I can't order from amazon.com, they won't ship it to Europe. I can only order from amazon.de, they import some stuff from Britain but not from the US. So they had the book but not the DVD. The only Albom-movie they have on DVD is "Tuesdays With Morrie".

but thank you for trying to help
live long and prosper  Cool
and good night,
Vagabound

edit: Somebody just put it up on the "marketplace", it's 19 bucks, but we finally have it, too.  Smiley

HI Vagabound,
I've been here in Bellevue for 20 years. Interesting to know that you lived here too. I looked up where you live now, it's beautiful.. is it really 'stress' free?
Its also interesting that your amazon has such a limited amount of 'stuff'. Nice that you have the marketplace.
Take care,
Aras
