The moon was falling to earth
Feb 26th, 2009 at 4:47pm

Hi My friend Michelle asked me to put her dream on here as she is worrying about it.

She dreamt The moon was falling down to the earth and as it was falling,it was breaking in to small peices and this wolf with wings was chewing all the peices of the moon.

Hi Juditha,

Two possibilites come to mind, but I'm just making them up,
since I don't know enough about your friend to understand
where she's coming from. Maybe you would answer if you think
either of my ideas fits --

One might be that she has had a dissappointment romantically.
The moon could be a symbol for romantic love and she has had her romantic ideas dashed to the ground. Her ideas and hopes for such love were broken. Then to make things worse, the spirit of lust (a wolf with wings) has destroyed her concept of romance completely.
--That's a very tragic story because women's most intense involvement with love on earth is mostly through a great romance!

Another interpretation would be that it's prophetic, that the moon or some heavenly body will hit earth.  That of course would be a catastrophe, so the wolf might be just a symbol of the fearsome destruction that would follow.

I hope you receive alot of interpretations on this because these
first two might not be correct.  Smiley

Bets

Hi Juditha,

I hope your friend got some sense of warning from her dream to soften the blow of her later discovery. Even if consciously she didn't know until he told her, her dream may have warned her somehow.

Those are such strong dramatic images, Juditha. You could write and illustrate an original short 'fairy tale' with that, -- but it would be sad--unless you created some way to put the moon back!

Hi Recoverer,
Smiley it was a quick call too. Maybe I didn't even think it, but maybe it was given to me?
