IF YOU COULD ASK GOD---
Dec 24th, 2008 at 2:29pm

The philosophical question: Why? The answer being: Why not?

If you could ask God, your Creator or whoever your belief Maker is-- just one question, what would it be?? I am thinking long on this one.

But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added unto you.

I frequently ask God, "If you were me, right now, what would you do?" It always makes me happier, just the asking. And imagining God pretending to be me.

Love,
Carolyn

Carolyn--- I often find myself asking God:  Okay God, now what?
I think I go back to my childhood (and spiritual childhood) and ask "Now What"  because I am looking for guidance.
I conjuncture that the answer to "Why?" is because I wanted this to be my reality.  So asking "Now What" is searching for deeper answers. Love Carol Ann

Joe--- good question!!

Obe--- I always favored yellow.
One day as I was reading one of Shirley MacLaine's books, maybe The Camino?? She explained another parallel where we humans were of one sex male/female combined. When we decided to get pregnant, we did and then when giving birth, we waded in a huge warm pool of golden water where we gave birth without pain.
I have always loved the water. And my favorate color is yellow!

Her comments made sense to me.  I love colors. Once when driving home from work, I reached the crest of a long hill and at the top saw the most vivid, deep red shaft of light beaming from the sky above to the ground below. I think I pulled over to gaze at it because I couldn't take my eyes off of the glow. It was like watching Star Trek - surreal.

When I was a child, I was floating in black. I wasn't afraid of blackness. I was just waitng to see what else would happen. I use to climb under the covers to make my room darker, so I could see!
