I was moved recently to listen to this old Gershwin song, and it is beautiful.  It made me think of guides and helpers.  If what we are told is true, then there are loved ones connected to us, trying to help us through the tough times.  Through guidance, intuition, love.

Dreamy, isn't he, Juditha?

I'm just an idiot over a singer or a musician.

But, to tell you the truth, I had quite a crush on this fellow my first year in college. I have a vivid memory of a freshman roommate, who did not appreciate my crush. I was playing my one and only Frank Sinatra album and she chased me around the room with a tube of tooth paste.

She really didn't like him. But nothing could sway me. My love was true.
