Today, my sleeping pattern has normalized, early to bed, early up, and the sleep quality was well! So I'm actually feeling quite good in the moment.
Coincidentally, PhantasyMan, yesterday I did the ChiGong "standing exersice", and felt I had to move my abdomen/pelvis around and back and forth while standing.
Still having an issue with the solarplexus/stomach spot, when I awake from sleep slowly, I notice at first it isn't there, but the more I phase into the physical and it's business, the narrow-pressure feeling in that spot comes back.
